Good hotel with all facilities but need little more cleanliness. Had to ask housekeeping to re-clean room upon checkin. Location also little far from centre but close to arl(airport link metro.

It was really a nice stay at hotel. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff us very polite and cooperative. Specially nine, he was very gentle and he guide us for local eating joints and tourist places also. I recommend all the visitors from india to stay once here. You will be enjoyed a lot. Room service was also very quick and accurate. Staff understand english well so not faced any issue. Overall hotel stay was good and will like to stay here again in my next visit.

Location : near airport express. Market near by. Hotel provides free ferry to metro station and nearby mall. Room : nice, clean and big in size. Staff: helpful. Breakfast: average, same menu all day, indian menu below average.

Room and beds are very comfy, little away from main shoping area. They should add more india items for breakfast, as they have more number of indian guest. Checkin was smooth.

The room was clean but, no rooftop bar and no good arrangements on new year eve. The breakfast buffet had indian food option for a day out of 4 days stay else for the rest of the stay no vegetarian options were present. Location is a little off beat.

In terms of the location, cleanliness and room amenities the hotel is awesome! the rooms have all the amenities except the toilet is open which may not be okay with some. The buffet breakfast could use some improvements. Some variety would help ! we had a very pleasant stay otherwise.

A haven for non-vegetarians in the midst of city bustle

My 2-night stay at the mercure bangkok makkasan was generally pleasant. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable room and helpful staff. However, there were some key limitations that i believe are important to highlight. Positives: comfortable room: the room was well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Helpful staff: the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to assist me. Cleanliness: the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Negatives: lack of indian vegetarian options: as a pure vegetarian from india, i found the lack of vegetarian options in both the hotel restaurant and breakfast buffet to be quite disappointing. I had to rely on outside food delivery services to have proper meals during my stay. Distance from airport: the hotel is located quite far from bangkok airport, and the traffic in the area can be quite heavy. This can significantly impact travel time, especially during peak hours. Limited breakfast options: while the breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes, it lacked in options for vegetarian and vegan guests. This was particularly disappointing given the limited vegetarian options available in the hotel restaurant itself. Recommendations: double-check vegetarian options: if you are a pure vegetarian, i would highly recommend checking beforehand with the hotel about the availability of indian vegetarian options. You may need to consider booking a different hotel if your dietary needs are not met. Allow extra travel time: due to the distance from the airport and heavy traffic, i recommend allowing extra travel time when planning your arrival and departure. Explore outside dining options: if you are a vegetarian, be prepared to rely on outside restaurants and food delivery services for your meals. Overall: i enjoyed my stay at the mercure bangkok makkasan, but the lack of vegetarian options and the distance from the airport were significant drawbacks for me. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are not strict vegetarians and are comfortable with the distance from the airport. However, i would advise pure vegetarians to look for alternative accommodations that can better cater to their dietary needs.

I had no issues with the rooms and hotel. Except the bathroom and sink being annoyingly small. The mercure brand is good but avoid this branch if you want to roam freely outside the vicinity. It's opposite an abandoned empty road which gets pretty dark at night. The location was kinda shady and depressing. Friendly hotel staff especially the doormen who were always smiling and making small talk.

Hotel service is excellent. Very easy to check in at reception. I arrived at 4. 00 am in morning it takes 5 minutes to check in. Rooms are great.

The only reason one will choose this hotel is Airport link. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was average. Rooms were small and bathroom even smaller. Good for transit only.

The hotel is a new one. It is located near Airport link Station but it is away from Sukhumvit, Makkasan and siam. Service is good. They have a decent spa.
