It terrible experience as no support from hotel staff and housekeeping is not in order and indian breakfast is not available in the property and behaviour of hotel staff is very rude

Excellent and lovely stay at sham a lake view. My room had a wonderful view of the qncc, the lake, and the city skyline. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities. The staff was accommodating and cordial. The gym is open 24 hrs and the swimming pool is open till midnight. The breakfast spread, although less, is good. The hotel also has an attached store where you can buy local and day-to-day stuff. The good thing is that the hotel provides a shuttle service to the qncc subway from where you can walk to the convention center.

"we stayed at sham a lakeview recently and were very impressed with the spacious rooms and excellent service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is also great, close to the buts and mart stations and terminal 21 shopping mall. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in bangkok. It's perfect for both business travelers and families"

Room was good but cleanliness wasn't. After checking in. In room i see few hairs on couch, washroom. Swimming pool water and floor wasn't clean.

Our stay was absolutely amazing at sham a lakeview. We loved that it’s so conveniently located, close to all the good spots in sukhumvit. The rooms were so clean and well maintained, the kitchenette was well equipped. Delivery services to the hotel are prompt. They have brilliant staff and upkeep of the property. They have convenient stores and coffee shops and good salons in the lane. Very kind, friendly and helpful services from all personnel at the hotel.

There was a foul smell in the room left from the previous guests, the bed had wheels and was moving back while sitting, they only provide 2 small bottles of water per day, for any extra water we had to pay, basic necessity water are always free in all 5 star hotels. The blanket while was provided was also very light and the sheets had ink stains in them. Very poor experience

Wonderful stay. Classy. The property has everything for short to long term stay. Good apartment rooms, good gym, long lap pool, sauna, lawson store near to lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, 7-11 is 2 mins walk, few good massage parlors opposite the hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Easy access to main roads and metro train to commute easily, free shuttle service makes it further easy. You have 2 different restaurants with in the premises including grocery store and seven eleven just bang opposite. You have all the amenities like swimming pool, tt, best in class gym, sauna spa and jaquesy.

An amazing hotel at the busy centre. The hotel rooms are outstanding and very well maintained. The amenities offered is exceptional as well. The rooms are large with king bed. I had a room on the 27th floor and the view of city and the lake. At night it looked spectacular with city lights. There is an in room kitchen area, wash area, fridge, bathtub, shower, sofa, wardrobe, tv unit, umbrella, iron, shoe rack, safe, dining table, kitchen sets etc. & of-course free wifi the staff is very polite and helpful. Ms. Carrot at reception was very helpful, she allowed me to check-in early. The room service was very nice. Asok (bts) and sukhumvit (blue line) are the closest railway stations with 15 min walk. Food is very tasty. It has a cafe near lobby area, and couple of 7 eleven grocery stores are stone throw away. There are indian restaurants nearby as well. I will definitely visit here again! thank you

Our 4 day stay at the hotel was good. The rooms were spacious and had a private kitchen which was useful as i was travel-ling with a child.
