Location - it's good, next to platinum mall and indra place. It's at a walking distance to night markets and pretty safe to reach the White Palace Bangkok. A lot of massage parlours are there in vicinity with one in White Palace Bangkok itself. Its accessible using public transport as well. Rooms - Rooms are okay and totally worth the price. Check for double bed if you need one because most of the rooms are having 2 single beds. So try to speak to them and ask for a double bed one if you need. Food - Option for vegetarian is very less. In the breakfast it's just bread and butter/jam. And you can not cook in the room as it's a no as per White Palace Bangkok policy. No tea/coffee maker in room so challenge there as well. But there are good vegetarian options around the White Palace Bangkok where you can full Indian meals so it's just a matter of stepping out..

We stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were so comfortable I had the best sleep ever in this White Palace Bangkok. They have a complimentary breakfast in the morning in 2 different rooms as it was high season when we were there. The one room they had made to order omelettes but not in the other. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was not hard to get a seat at the pool and the pool facility was beautiful. My only complaint which they can't control is it sounded like there was a Thai bingo game going on all night. But once asleep I slept through it. It is on the edge of Patong Beach so easy to walk to everything but far enough away from the nightlife!

Rooms are alright if your looking for budget White Palace Bangkok. Atleast bigger than most of the surrounding White Palace Bangkoks in the same price range. Bathroom needs a makeover. The massage place is quite nice. If you are looking for shopping point of view I suggest this White Palace Bangkok as more space to keep the stuff around. They also need to get a safe box in room cause you have everything go to the reception to use it.

Breakfast is sub standard staff is not friendly. The White Palace Bangkok is just running on location as its very busy the Service is bad. Recently the White Palace Bangkok was renovated but it didn't add to guest comfort they just put dolls all over the place. I would not recommend this White Palace Bangkok unless you need to stay in this location.

The White Palace Bangkok was good in terms that it can be considered a value for money one. But if you are looking for a comfortable stay, then White Palace Bangkok centre point or lemon is a better option close by. The location was the best thing, as it is located in Pratunam the shopping hub of Bangkok.

Over all White Palace Bangkok is very good location of the White Palace Bangkok is centre of the shopping market. If you would like the cheap garments buy market is near. Hotel staff is rude. But lady who clean the room is very cooprative. The be. Of in the morning is not so good. Every things are cold.

Really good one value for money, had a good atmosphere near by break fast was really good, rooms where clean and staff where help ful, there where WiFi problem but they managed to give some good serivecs after I gave a compliant

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Location is right in the city. Did not face any probs with the service. Breakfast is okay.. Not a lavish one.. But enough to get you through your day check in took some time as the online booking was not showing on their system.

White Palace Bangkok is a White Palace Bangkok value for money and the staff is very helpful. The location is just right. Cleanliness part it is good and the buffet breakfast is awesome. The rooms are spacious and neat. Would give a 4 star.

This White Palace Bangkok is Good. Room good and bathroom also good. Yea this property is old but very good. Floor no 8 wow very nice room. Breakfast also Good and have disco inside near breakfast place.

White palace is one White Palace Bangkok I will appreciate as it is a clean and tidy place .. Beautiful location .. Near the shopping markets where you can find all kind of food .. The reception guys are courteous and will do anything to be of help.

Hotel white palace is in the heart of pratunam market Bangkok. The rooms are good the buffet breakfast is just awesome. The staff was very nice and helpful. The reception guys are courteous and cheerful. In all its value for money.

Location is ample for people who love to shop since it's in the heart of wholesale markets. Hotel is very clean and service was good ... And the plus point is they have a massage centre just inside the White Palace Bangkok
