Our hotel stay was truly exceptional, with top-notch service and a wonderfully friendly and warm staff. The ambience was incredibly beautiful and relaxing, making for a memorable experience.

Very well built hotel and decently maintained as well mostly, beach is also nice. However the staff was completely over whelmed during ny rush time, couldn't provide prompt service or accommodate any requests. In room was always super slow, food orders even at restaurants took long, ocean view room was barely ocean view, couldn't get a spa appointment during our stay and the food preparation was very average for the price charged. Get more staff if you have peak occupancy!

Had a wonderful stay, we wanted a resort in Hua Hin which has everything like Pool, Beach , Big property and good Vibes. Dusit Thani has all. Had a relaxing stay ☺️

The resort is a bit far from the main city center, say 10-15 minutes by shuttle. The resort charges for one way transfer till Clock Tower. Apart from this the resort is awesome and is beatifically landscaped with gardens, tennis courts, fitness center, Spa, 2 swimming pools, etc. The rooms are spacious with the sea facing rooms having an amazing view and majority of them are overlooking the main pool.

Clean. Helpful staff. They put an extra bed for my daughter for free of cost. Everything was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
