Receptionist are not courteous nor respectful. Accused us and asked us to pay 150 baht for a broken glass while checking out. Non welcoming staff. No vegan options.

My stay was good . I was given an upgrade because of my anniversary . And the room I got was just amazing . It was very big clean room with amazing view and ample space for me to dance around . Absolutely loved the vibe of this place and the beach is right in front . Beautiful property. Must visit 😄

My stay at this hotel was average. When we reached the room, there was an issue with the wash basin, which took 45 minutes to resolve. Then, we faced a water blockage issue in the bathroom. Despite raising this issue several times, it was not resolved by the time we left the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good. I also raised the issue of a torn indian flag and requested them to replace it. I hope they have done so.

This hotel was above my expectations. The **** at the reception was very welcoming. One of the best stay in krabi. I will visit again. This hotel is in front of the beach.

Its right on the aonang beach. Excellent location with no shops on this road and practically, a stay on the beach. The shops are on the other side of the beach. The rooms are good, steal for the money. The breakfast spread is excellent if you are non veg. But practically nothing indian on the menu. However, one can take a stroll to the nearby indian restaurants on the main street. The swimming pool is big and nuce. The hotel staffs are courteous.

I booked this hotel for inr 3, 800. The hotel is located at ao nang beach. The room were very good and had bathtub too. U can eat breakfast beside beach in morning along with beautiful view. The hotel had a good swimming pool. In breakfast, u can get fruits, cereals, salad and toast for vegetarians, u can even make sandwich urself with salad and cheese. Best thing is location as due to its proximity to beach, the place has a good touristy vibe.

Worst experience communicating with staff whose behavior is rude towards customers. Never expected this kind of behaviour. Will not prefer this again

Location is marvellous.. but lack of cleanliness in room… very less lights in room … For house keeping , I would Rate less than zero… I complaint multiple times For air conditioning issue… nobody came… At the end midnight 4 am I shouted on them, and after that somebody came& fix the problem. Moreover he said you did something to the unit so it was not working.. I asked for extra blanket they replied we charged 100 baht for blanket …. Totally ridiculous. … it’s not ended here… while check out they said there is small mark of hair colour on towel …. And that can not be cleaned.. so 400 baht you have to pay …. They did not give any payment receipt for that amount.

The place is better than images shown. It is a beautiful location in front of beach, big clean rooms, amazing pool & tasty breakfast fast. I loved it my stay. It was a like paradise on earth.

Property is facing aonang beach. Excellent vibe outside with cafes, shopping centre, boat booking centre, massage centres etc. At walking distance. Breakfast has variety foot non vegetarians. Vegetarians have less options, but that is the case across thailand. I stayed at a block rooms facing the pool. Stay was great. One of the excellent locations at ao nang. One could easily get a tuktuk to bus station and frequent buses to airport from the location.

The location is amazing. Just in front of the ao nang beach. But hotel people were very very rude. They laugh at you if you ask for anything. There were bed bugs. We kept complaining but nothing happened. No vegetarian food options. Pool timing very limited. Very very rude receptionist. Would not recommend this hotel. There are many nearby with good location and good hospitality too

Luxurious stay in golden resort

The picturesque location of the hotel is the prime advantage, which bang on the beach and a 150 metre away from shopping paradise and a wide variety of restaurants and bar. The staff are super courteous and the pool with jacuzzi is heavenly. I would rate this resort truly very high.

The location of the property is absolutely is amazing, the stay was quite cosy and comfortable, the lighting’s in our jacuzzi villa was a very less, but the stay was overall very relaxing and comfortable.
