I have booked my honeymoon package and bed decoration but there was no decoration no welcome drinks, and they have given us room at 3 o'clock worst service worst management.

Not for indians, staff has a tendency to avoid

The room was not prepared, the staff dint care much. The room i booked and the room i got were different. I was told they are of the same class but there were huge differences. should do better with the pictures they use for the rooms

Amazing stay. The property is one of the oldest property in krabi. It sports a private beach, 2 swimming pools and a host of other amenities. The property is so huge that they even provide pick up and drop from reception to the rooms. The only chink in the armour is there is no view from rooms and since it is very old, some of the things like ac, bathtub is not in perfect shape

I stayed at this property for two days, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience, particularly in terms of hospitality. They should learn from indians about hospitality. There are several areas where significant improvement is needed: 1. During check-in, we were informed that we could use the microwave in the restaurant anytime. However, when we tried to use it, the restaurant staff demanded 200 baht, citing that we hadn’t included breakfast in our package. 2. When we asked for hot water at the restaurant, the staff’s reaction was shockingly unprofessional. They made unpleasant faces as if we had made an unreasonable request, and no one was willing to assist us. 3. The restaurant staff were rude and lacked basic etiquette and manners, making the dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. 4. When we brought these issues to the reception, they deflected responsibility, claiming that the restaurant was not part of the hotel and suggesting we raise our concerns directly with the restaurant. This lack of accountability was unacceptable. 5. The bathroom window view advertised on mm t was entirely misleading. Instead of a lushes greenery from bathroom area all we could see was an unkempt area filled with trash. 6. And they had high prices of even water bottles. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and i would not recommend staying at this property. There is a pressing need for better customer service, accountability, and transparency.

Excellent staff and amazing resort. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The place is beautiful and huge. Close to nearby beaches and market. Would recommend 10/10.

Not a best choice of resort in the localit

Good location, but amenities are very few considering 4/5 star hotel. Bathroom fixtures are very old and rusty, with no premiumness at all. The pond outside room has lots of mosquitoes and odour. Overall, points only to location. One can surely find better resorts nearby at the same price.

The resort location is excellent. Minutes away from the ao nang beach and the night market. But they need to work on certain things too. Like the sanitary ware in the bathroom needs to be replaced cos it's worn out and a little shabby. The mosquitoes near the pool side rooms were a big let down too.

Very large property with the convenience of buggies taking one on a round. Good breakfast spread and cordial staff. Conveniently located as the property has the ao nang market on one side and beach on the other.

Located at the heart of the town and it has a nice beach front restaurant and bar. This spacious property has several types of rooms based on the needs. You will feel very close to the nature.

The property is old yet rustic, the breakfast by the beach is superb and the breakfast options really elaborate. The location of the resort is superb close to market beaches adventure tours, restaurants. However the resort looks creepy old, the pools not clean, especially the smaller one, the room service isn't available post 8.

The resort is located at the best place, easy to reach all the places. The rooms were good. The most important thing is the resort has private beach so you get to relax at the beach comfortably for long time. The food options were o key as it was everywhere else. The swimming pool is good. The surrounding of the resort is beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights only. For vegetarian indians there is a place called govinda nearby this resort which serves good vegetarian food. Loved this resort. It is affordable also.

Very good looking property and the rooms were exactly as i saw them in the pictures while booking the property. Room wise it was good, the resort overall was very good. Though was disappointed with a few things like very limited food options in the property, was surprised that the resort didn't have an in-house doctor. But overall very centrally located so me and family were enjoying the overall experience of the beach, shopping, eating out, partying in the local pubs and chilling in our lovely room because everything was just around us in this property
