Good breakfast. Room good. Staff good.
Lovely Quiet Hotel

The google map directions place the hotel on the other side of the main road. The lovely receptionist at Fortune hotel put us right though. Check in, perfect with no fuss about being early. Room spacious and clean. Bed a little bit hard but massive. Never seen a bed so big! Slightly annoying was the night light in the bathroom which we could not find an off switch for. Room very quiet. Breakfast ok though my taste is for hot eggs and bacon but all the same, very tasty. Staff throughout the hotel fantastic. Friendly, helpful and positive throughout. For sure the next time we come to Buriram, we will stay here

Nice hotel for the price. Surprising collection of imported and craft beers. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant fare in general was ok, nothing spectacular. Soft mattress on the bed, which is always a plus. Only a couple of minor quibbles in terms of the room itself. There was a water leak from the shower that spread across the bathroom floor every time you used the shower, lol. The water temp varied quite a bit during the course of your shower. The aircon condenser out on the small room patio makes quite a bit of noise as it's turning on and off multiple times during the day/night. Two complimentary water bottles per day on offer, but they are fairly small. Oh, and probably not something too many other folks are going to run into, but...for the specific room I was staying in, the door to the room would "stick" open and not close. Until I figured this out, I actually left the door to the room open - by mistake, obviously - for a couple of hours, one of the first times I went out of my room.

Wonderful stay at the Crystal Hotel-everything perfect with staff going out of their way to help you! As Arnie says "I'll be back!"

Perfect place to quietly unwind. We took two poolside rooms and it was wonderful to wake up to an early morning swim. Nice, well-maintained gym overlooks the pool. The food menu had a wide range from less expensive Thai dishes to more elaborate steak and some western food. The food quality was very good. The breakfast had some variation from day to day with the standard omelette, eggs, cereal, fruit and baking every day. All in all a nice modern hotel perfect for someone who enjoys some peaceful privacy and relaxation. The location is in between both Robinsons and Big C if you need to pick up anything. It was a short walk to Robinsons. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

Worst reception experience

It was raining as I drove up to the entrance. No assistance were given, I had to carry all my own belonging despite the continued downpour. As I reached the supposedly “automatic” door, it wouldn’t open. One staff had to run over to open it manually. Then i saw a total of 4 staff there, the one who opened the door offered to help carry my luggage but i refuse seeing that once i got inside the building the worst part should have been over. The other 2 staff were talking behind the reception counter, and the other one was standing idle behind the reception counter. I approached the idle not wanting to disturb the conversation of the other 2 staff. As i was checking in I complain about the lack of assistance and made known my disappointment of the branding of such hotel. The staff only stare blankly and proceed to inform me that my booking didn’t include breakfast and i had to pay extra if i wish to have it. Naturally i declined. I really will never ever be coming back to this establishment ever again. And will think twice before booking any other hotel of the same brand. Another source of disappointment was that I had made my decision based on the fact that the hotel claims to offer perks to gold member, however I ended up receiving a negative perk, and I’m beginning to really question the real benefits of being a gold member.
Just the job!

The X2 is a very modern hotel. Not full of Thai character if that is what you are after. However the bed was as big as I have slept in and comfortable. The breakfast was ok and the buffet allows us to fill up the start of the day. The hotel is a little out of the centre but very accessible from the main toad from Bangkok. Finally the fitness centre was modern and while lightly equipped had everything needed. Overall I would recommend it.

Fantastic staff. Lovely pool and facilities. One of the best Hotels n Buriram. Make sure you book a room that opens up to the pool. Highly recommend.

Room was nice. the nude glass in the bathroom is somehow not comfortable if you stay here with friend.
Nice new hotel but felt like prison

Rented a superior room with a balcony area with direct access to the pool. The pool was unheard and too cold to stay in more than a few minutes. The hotel was had no smoking areas. You couldn’t even use your private outdoor balcony area and had to stand outside the front of the hotel. Very isolated area with no restaurants or convenience stores. Nice decor but poor finishes.

Great hotel and great stay
Choice hotel for Buri Ram

We stayed for two nights in order to visit the temples in the Buri Ram area. Great location and easily accessible to sights assuming you have a car. We stayed in the suite which was quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and the design was modern. Negatives -- The fitness center was really a misnomer -- one treadmill, one bike, and maybe one bench. Breakfast options were a bit limited but adequate. We woke up one morning and the hallway was littered with dead black gnats but they were cleaned immediately. Unfortunately we had quite a few in our room the second night.
