It was a nightmare experience

I reached the hotel at sharp 1pm on my day of booking... When I went there and showed them my booking.. They did not accept it... They are not partners with makemytrip and they only accept booking from agoda and booking. I couldn't do anything as it was an unknown place.. I contacted makemytrip but it was of no help... It was a nightmare experience.
