Location of the hotel is very good. Everything in pattaya is just nearby to hotel. Room's are clean and big in size. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Breakfast was good and they had good choice of non pork dishes. Very close to main pattaya beach and nice breeze all the time view from my room was bad, facing carpark

Hotel is situated at the best place and very beautiful rooms even more than what we have expected. Veg dishes in buffet can be improved but overall it is very good experience.
Everything was fine as one expects to be. Make my trip organized it so well that everything was in order. The of the hotel was very polite and nice. I would definitely book my further trips with make my trip

A one new wing hotel is just opposite to a one payaya beach resort where we initially booked for 3 nights 4 days stay. We had to extend our say for a day and a one new wing was perfect choice because its of same hotel group, no additional transfer charge and same hospitality. Reception staff was polite and courteous. Hotel policy is to take security deposit of 1kbth per room which was waved off on our sincere request. Room are cruise themed, spacious and clean.

The room was good. Clean and properly managed by the staff’s. Hotel buffet was good. Only thing was lacking is swimming pool was too far. Otherwise all the things were good, clean and comfortable. Hotel’s staff were polite and helpful. Room service was also very good and fast. The best thing about this hotel is location. The location was so much plus plus for this hotel. Really loved it.

We were a group of 18 people. The day we checked in, staff informed us that we onto have hot water service for the 2nd day from 10am till 7pm. For a 4 star hotel, shouldn't they update about this when we booked the hotel? we let it go and stayed back. While checking out they charged 250b for a stain in pillow cover. Who would charge for a stain? for a hotel who couldn't even offer a basic amentiy like hot water, charging 250b for a stain in pillow cover is never seen before. They were so rude from the word go. Rooms were near and bf was decent but hospitality is poor to say the least!
