I love this hotel buzz its have rooftop bar and pool on 24th floor, and spa serverice also top class it's a good property center of the city near the market and shopping centre, about 1km away.

The location is about 20 minutes drive from walking street and at a walkable distance of 10 minutes plus to many of the malls and entertainment facilities. The rooms are very well made with a sitting area and kitchenette as well. The 24th floor roof top bar is a lovely place to sit and sip some exotic drinks looking at the night view of the pattaya town. I would definitely stay at arbor again.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with its elegant décor and a peaceful ambiance, and the staff members are incredibly kind and attentive. You'll find that everything you could possibly need is conveniently located within a kilometer of the hotel, making it very convenient for guests. Excellent rooms, spa facilities, a rooftop pool, and food. One of the main highlights is the spa. The aromatherapy massage is highly recommended; it relaxes both your mind and body. All other hotel services were also very good and prompt.

No vegetarian food options

Hotel ambience is quite good. But the worst experience was no vegetarian food at all. We had to starve till we got to indian restaurant outside. No variety of fruits were kept.

Worth a five star..great stay in deed ..rooms are good with nice jacuzzi…nice breakfast ..near to the central Pattaya …walking street .:and to the night life ..felt like a goa vibe ..around the hotel :.just explore the parallel streets…close and near by to the most of the places ..new hotel ..clean and good

Check in experience not so good. Requested for early check in but they denied even after we offered extra payment. While i understood that they are very rigid about timings, i saw lack of hospitality. Didn’t felt like 5 star property. Good roof top swimming pool. Rooftop bar staff were very friendly. Breakfast is not at all for indians. Would recommend to include some if possible. Check-out experience was hassle free. I also found discrepancies in the room photos of premium high floor versus the actual ones we saw.
