Overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the property was well-maintained, and the amenities were up to the mark. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were commendable, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, i did face one issue during my stay: there was no hot water available, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during colder mornings. This was the only downside to an otherwise excellent stay. If the hot water issue is addressed, this property would be perfect. I would still recommend it for its overall quality and hospitality, as everything else was spot on.

Hotel was very clean and neat ! everything is very near by shopping, massage, beach, walking street, alcazar cabaret show, etc. It has bathtub and nice view balconies

Room has the ants and not very cleaned property. Gym was ok but little smelly. Did not opt for breakfast so no idea.

I enjoyed my stay from 12th oct to 20th oct 2024. As i'm a solo traveller to pattaya city and this is my 5th time visiting. Friendly staff and guest friendly hotel to stay, more comfortable for bachelor and it is much near to walking street, terminal 21 mall on so 6.

They had a mini bus but told us we don't have it and arrange our transfers on own. The evening receptionist were extremely unwelcoming and non friendly. Her behaviour was as if we are staying for fee at her house. No good options for vegetarians and indian guests. Our breakfast inclusion was wasted. Water in bathroom was smelling bad. No help after evening as no housekeeping available and they asked us to wait till morning. Got dirty kettle with egg shells inside. When asked to change. They cleaned it with water and gave the same kettle. Not a preferred place to stay.

This was my third time stay at bella villa prim a so 4 pattaya hotel and as usual an amazing stay. Very comfortable. Property is nearby to beach and terminal 21 mall. Staff is very polite and friendly. I will book my stay here again next year. Khapun khrab

Bella villa hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. A few minor improvements could be made, but overall, it's a great value for money.

Hotel room is just fantastic. Staffs are also good. Just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. But check out time is 10 a. M. Which is too early as compared to other hotels where the check out time is 12 p. M.
