Hotel is clean, staff is very good polite and it is cheap even in high season very good price. No complaints only the problem is location it is far from the centre but justified if you have a bike or something then go for it.

Excellent experience. Staff was very helpful and prompt. Breakfast was also ok. Location was great. Everything was walkable. Indian restaurant also nearby. Rooms were clean and well maintained

No room service, did not allow early checkin, though rooms were available. Not friendly staff. Did not provide towels. We had to request multiple times

Amazing property with good and helpful stay would recommend for sure. You can rent a scooty from hotel itself for 250 bhat per day which is cheaper and explore beach e walking street

The best-on pattaya, just remember this name for the best hotel in batu. I have stay for a few days for at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to pattaya. Will be back to this place soon!

Hotel staff made a mistake on room allotment

The hotel staff interchanged my room with someone else. In spite of confirming with them twice on the booking. I had booked the hotel for one day. However the hotel told me that it was booked for two days, blaming the application glitch. And on the second day they told me to immediately check out stating i am in the wrong room. It was a clerical error from the hotel staff for which i had to rush out. Upon questioning them they confirmed it was a mistake from their end. They even offered me a two hour late checkout. But i was already frustrated with them, denied their offer and left the premises on the spot. I would never book any stay with this hotel ever

The hotel is very clean and very quiet i love the that hotel beautiful swimming pool beautiful views the hotel staff are very gentle and very peaceful i love that hotel they have a good bed every day coming clean room the washroom are wonderful clean the ac very good i really like this hotel and you can stay very long time in this hotel with your friends or with your family’s one of the best hotel which is i stay in pattaya specially the hotel is very near to every where walking foods
