Make my trip is worst company to book any holiday package or train ticket. High charges of hotel via make my trip app.

"i stayed at this hotel from dc 2-6 and while the service was friendly and accommodating, i was a bit disappointed with the amenities. The room lighting was quite poor, making it difficult to get a comfortable ambiance. Additionally, the breakfast menu remained the same throughout my stay, which became monotonous after a few days. While the service staff were excellent, the overall experience could have been improved with better facilities and variety"

Cohkd have been better. First of all upon speaking and requesting to you and the hotel, they never have pool view which is sad, breakfast is average. Internet down on one of day with no communication from team. House keeping not available after 6pm. Sgiwer not working in full speed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in centara pattaya, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was spacious and clean, featuring modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, i would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy pattaya’s vibrant atmosphere while having a comfortable place to stay.

The hotel was located in a good spot close to the beach (just 1km away) and accessible to many shops including a 7/11 at walking distance. The room was well maintained and the staff were cordial and polite. One of the few hotels which allowed smoking on the balcony as well. Walking street is a cab ride away but there are a lot of bars very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with full continental spread. The hotel also accommodated a request for an early check in almost 2 hrs early. The only reason i am giving a 4 star rating is because we had booked 3 months in advance and booked a sea side view which wasn't given. We got a pool side view room which wasn't that bad, however, when you are in the 8th floor just 1km away from the sea and pay extra for a suite with a seaside view, you sort of expect it to be one. That one point doesn't however take away from the entire experience which was top notch at the place!

Reception on check in was horrible. Given a twin bed room instead of king size deluxe room without any information. Irresponsible answer from hotel staff. They direct us to contact make my trip as we have done booking through it. Toiletries was not available. Breakfast menu was very normal.

Rooms and washrooms maintenance

We booked 3 rooms for a group stay. Rooms were not maintained and washrooms had multiple issue with toilet seats being broken and had encountered cockroaches as well. 1 of the rooms was stinky and had to shift to another room after 2 bights
Very gud hotel. Anice stay and comfortable too. Stayed for three night no complaint with the staff. Very cooperative every time. Nice breakfast with large varoetu
Hotel is good but vegetarian food is not good i mean no option for vegetarians. They gave poori and chole in breakfst and chole ki subji not properly cooked we can say semi cooked.
