I just stayed one day. Even though i had bookijg for 3 days. Ac does not work, bed is highly dirty, remote area, having no lift but given room at 3rd floor. Thats also mm t can also see from booking even after i had booking wuth cocco resort, i did book another one because i was unable to stay. Request you to refund the money back. @mmt

Worst resort they don't have proper power back up. My room in 3rd floor there is no lift only i need to use staircase room was not hygenui well

The environment was good, service was also good, but dinner was not available at that restaurant, you have to go far for dinner. It's a little outside the city but a peaceful area.

Decent resort for a lesser price

The property was not as shown in the pictures we saw. I stayed for 2 nights there and they did not even clean the room. The food that we ordered on day 1, the plate was lying in the room till our checkout post 2 nights. Swimming pool is not as expected. They should definitely work on improving the quality of their service

The manager at this property is extremely nice and helpful, the point where this hotel is lacking is because it is too far from main road.

Silent area no sound and location is only 2 km from walking street. Rooms are big and clean.

Room was not good, no phone to contact staff, cable connection is not good in room, no Key for safe there, we booked two rooms they provide far from each other, we requested to give nearer but they said no room available, we checked most of rooms were empty there.

Poor Stay

Location is far from main road always need to book cab to go. If you have rented bike then it’s is easy to reach out. No staff to help you for your luggage and last there is no lifts you have to use stairs.

It was really very good experience staying in Coco resort. Rooms were very clean. Hotel staff was also very supportive and prompt. Location is also good. Not that much far from Pattaya's main attraction. Walking Street. It's kind of totally value for money resort. Would definitely love to be there again.
