Pros 1. Excellent location 2. Neat and good room size 3. Well maintained and good swimming pool cons 1. For a 5 star hotel, they still need to work on finesse. For e. G. Lobby leading to the rooms on each floor have very low height, and could use a paint job 2. Design flaw in the bathroom drainage, leading to water puddles 3. They keep a security deposit at check-in, which is very strange. Also if you pay by card, it will be returned back to card after 14 days of check out.

The stay was good. The staff was courteous and the food was excellent! we had booked a premium sea view room and got upgraded to the club room. The view from the room has no words. It has private access to the beach. The property is huge with 4 in-house restaurants. Everything was great!

The priory is really awesome and rooms are too spacious, in a basic category you can get 2 beds one is king size and one is single bed and also with that u got a double sofa too. Going to bathroom bathroom is also too spacious and bath tub also there, a small cons about this property is that in toilet seat there is no jet and even hand shower, it’s very difficult for people (specially indians to use alternative). Despite of that no doubt the property is one of the best in pattaya in every aspect even value for money also.

It’s at the prime location. Best for girls and families. Food is so much better than other hotels. Has a direct access to the beach. Very safe and very beautiful. Rooms are spacious with every possible amenities. Is very close to the mall terminal 21. Has rooms with balconies and sea view. The breakfast spread was lavish and really nice. Overall the best experience in pattaya.

they can't give dinner just ordered for dinner came late then breads were asked they refused to give breads when complained the manager and the entire staff is fighting they say u may eat outside

Average stay i should say, property us at good location but if i talk about staff, not cooperative. Front desk team was ok but room service was pathetic. First day of my stay while making tea in room i found worm in the hot water from the kettle. The night staff was not polite, taking so long to bring the daily needs like water, towel. Food was ok, no indian buffet it was mention while booking the hotel that there will be indian buffet but only up-ma and pongal was available
