Very pathetic reception staffs, pathetic hotel rules and regulations, staffs not at all friendly. They couldn’t trace our paid booking which was done hence kept us waiting at the lobby for 2hrs. Only good thing about this hotel is it’s nearby to pattaya beach just a minute walk

The staff is very good, I used to talk to them everyday, the hotel is at a very good location, I got very good breakfast, I had a very good view everyday, I was very happy 😊🙏 thanku fllipper House hotel 🙏

Bad internet and toilet

Old building. Room is ok with comfortable beds. But toilet is really old. Sink water is blocked and shower is broken. We complained, but they said they dont have any other room. Funny thing is, every-time i pick my phone i have to enter the password of internet and need to sit near the entrance door for good signal.

The rooms were not what they had shown. Horrible rooms with a wall for a view. Staff was very uncooperative. Do not book under any circumstance

We were disappointed with the standard room, which appeared dated and was smaller than we anticipated. Hopefully, renovations are planned to update the accommodations.

Very worst hotel. I never stayed a worst hotel like this. The reception staffs are so rude. No response from reception, room service and housekeeping when we call from room. We have more than 10 call but no one responded. Housekeeping asking money every time. Totally very frustrating experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for any one.

At first the person in reception was talking very rudely and not welcoming the guest at all. We asked the early check in for atleast 1 room out of 3, which they didn't provide. Breakfast buffet not much eatables no veg items. Swimming pool lot of restrictions in swim suit. Hotel treating indians badly but other foreigners are treated well.

Most cunning and negative attitude manager

House keeping women staffs are very rude and negative attitude people. Because the hotel manger also same attitude and the level of maturity also the same. If you complaint about house keeping or anything to manager she will damage anything from room and make it fine while check out. When i complain about house keeping to manager and they got angry about me and put small hole in the towel and asked me 200 b fine. The hotel manager is a negative attitude and low level maturity person because she doesn't like customers raising complaint against their staff. I told to her that if you are doing like this i will write in the review about this. She replied that i dont bother about your reviews. But the 3 star hotel is keeping manager like this.

Not had good experience, room was very small and not up to the mark. Lizards were on the curtain jumping on bed, it was not up to the mark
