The hotel was very good, clean and in a good location. Problem with language with the staff, but very supportive. Very near to the beach and walking street.

Hotel staff not co-operative at all. Not for Indian people. No room sleepers. Small rooms. Away from beach. Very inside. Average stay not good at all. Very boring hotel. Without swimming costume not allowed in pool. Very strict with timings of breakfast.

The hotel is slightly off the Pattaya walking Street but it provides free shuttle to the place. The hotel has awesome features and a must stay if you are okay with staying a little far from walking Street

Well everything was good, except location showed in make my trip as searching hotel near Hotel deep blue Z10 as my other collegous stayed on deep blue Z10, MMT showed Hotel J 279 away from Hotel deep Blue Z10 but it was 6 kms away from deep blue Z10, I Never expected this kind of miscommunication from MMT as it coasted me extra 2000 Rs to travel from Hotel J to Hotel deep blue Z10 to meet my colleagues and boss for two days.

Amazing stay

Rooms were big and biggest advantage of this hotel rooms are mostly room having pool view and only problem was its little bit far from Pattaya beach and walking street but its OK for those who wants some distance from walking street.
Taxi are available outside hotel overall a pleasant stay there.

Hotel was very good, small issue with the location else everything was perfect, I suggest they must have a bit of India breakfast also or I get a pop up at the time of booking so that I have avoided to buy package with breakfast ...

Awesome hotel - clean and great location great location and near to vistor spots and market places and good breakfast with swimming pool view. Free rides from hotel to beach and back. Store is near by to buy daily needs. Rooma are spaicous and nice view of hotel and Pattaya from the top. Staff is very helpful to guide you for trip and other needs to support. It good to hire a taxi for per day and ask details from hotel opp to rent a bike vendor. There are many cabby who runs a cab business

Value for money is the positive you can get from this hotel. Location is average. Room size and amenities are good. Most visited by tourist in group. Takes good care of tourist security. Nice pool and nice breakfast buffet.

You will be treated badly

Very bad front office staff, no hospitality, very far from walking street and central Pattaya. Tuk Tuk's charge too much and most of them are not aware of the hotel. Front office staff makes fun of people, very rude. Not at all helpful. Greedy for money.

Great hotel on good location, nice dining all kind of intercontinental dishes, very helpful reception staff, overall good experience people of Thailand are just fabulous. Beautiful swimming pool.

We have stayed for 3 days with family, really good rooms, staff, and nice location. Swimming pools, restaurant, lobby areas for all rooms. Free drops to walking street, central festivals by hotel at certain timings. Also they allowed us 2 hours extra than check out time and during check in also they gave me room 1 hour before.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The locating of the hotel is very good. Everything is nearby the hotel. We also doing an Indian restaurant nearby the hotel which makes our trip more smooth. I again want to visit this hotel.

A very good hotel with cleanliness... Good rooms and nice swimming pool... Good staff and quiet place... But location is little far from beach road.. It is about 5 kilometers from beach road walking street.

This place is in the city and near to Pattaya beach. You can take a über and go if in a group of 4, it will fall cheaper. The hotel has round the clock restaurant if you are hungry at late night. The rooms are spacious and are clean. Staff is friendly and the hotel is luxurious. Recommended.

Very good hotel. We got Indian Breakfast which was good and surprising. Location of the hotel was very good near the beach, Just 2 km from the main Pattaya beach. Safe location for the family even for night outs. Good swimming pool in the middle of the building.

Excellent hotel at such a cheap price. Lovely breakfast. Well mannered staff and cooperative. Loved the view of the pool from the balcony. I would love to go back and stay in the same hotel again. Uninterpreted WiFi.

Hotel location is a different MakeMyTrip location map. Breakfast is average, location is North Pattaya road not a beach road, Big rooms and very clean, this new property. Have a 2 swimming pool 1 large and 1 kids.
