Pols don’t book mountain beach

Reception staff was a cheater and he tried to fool us and took a bribe of 15000 bhat from us pols don’t book this hotel

The hotel was clean and well maintained and the pizza at urban kitchen was pretty good. They had 4 lifts but lifts were not very good. Everything else was great

Location is good. But not near to walking street. Less crowded. Swimming pool is there, water is clean. No provision of having lunch and dinner in hotel restaurant. They serve only breakfast which is reasonably good. However, it is extremely heartening that they have allowed me to check in 3 hrs early without keeping me any wait. Check in was also very smooth.

Hotel housekeeping and stuff is very very good very helpful i forget my room key in my room they helps to open the room daily basis housekeeping over all it was good

It is just not wow as food was not upto mark and taste. Location is ok and in regard to amenities no room service was provided moreover even they had not given extra tea bag

The hotel is really good! We enjoyed our stay. About the rooms, those are very neat and spacious.
Breakfast was delicious! Stay at hotel offered swimming pool, playstation, pool…overall it was good and memorable :) Thanks MMT for suggesting this 👍🏻

1. Hotel location is far and up on hill hence taxi will charge more and difficult to walk. 2. Property is very old and very poorly maintained not even a phone in room to connect at reception or room service. 3. No complaint about staff they were really nice and cooperative
4. Breakfast have very less options very limited
5. Very old and not maintained rooms don't fall for cheaper rates book nicely connect rooms
