Lacked wheelchair accessibility, mediocre food, and no included breakfast. I was told that to avail a wheelchair i would be charged 100 baht a day. Which is ridiculous for an expensive hotel, it should be part of their standard offering

This place is located in central pattaya. There are 2 infinity pools. Property has 7 dining options. Food in panorama and breezeo is really good. Lobby is instaworthy. Staff is very courteous. Room is spacious. Only drawback is bathroom which could have been better. Will be worth your money. I would strongly recommend this place

The hotel inspite of charging for early checkin gave a shaddy room which was filled with water all over the floor and then later changed the room. Very poor service

Wonderful ! great view, cooperative and helpful staff, infinity pool and bar was the cherry on the cake must experience

Best property in pattaya

I visited with my family (3 year old kid. I must say that this is one of the best property in pattaya. They have their on private beach. Swimming pools were par excellence. You don't need to go anywhere else. We enjoyed 3 whole days in property itself. Definitely recommended

Bed behaviour staff. They called bouncers for a fight. The night manager talked rudely and tried to fight with me and my family
