Terrible Stay

No room service no hot water in the room for baby drink nobody speak english. I thought it's on Beach but it's about 400 Meter from Beach we stayed for 3 days and we had same menu in break fast very day so dint like the was good seat and city view.

Good Stay

It's a old Hotel with no wifi in your room. Hotel staff is not cooperative. The Hotel is near to all the places we wanted to visit.

Indifferent staff

The staff were not welcoming and helpful. For everything you have to make an inquiry. The intercom and wifi was not working in the room.

Pathetic experience

Hotel staffs are bad. The Hotel staff is really arrogant and bad. They don't know how to treat their guests. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Never ever even think of staying here

No food for indians. Worst quality of bathroom necessary things. No support related to travel desk. No body even passes a smile to greet guests. One can expect a better treatment in a Dharamshala in India if I compare to this Hotel. Worst ever. No Indian should ever stay here. They didn't had any breakfast option for Indians. No security no checks. Not even basic drinking water. Staff is so arrogant. No one even to guide us to our room. Only they handed over keys and after that there is no concern. Not even there was centralized conditioning, all the lights of common area were switched off. If there can be some negative rating I would rate them.
