Worst stay ever!

I don’t where to start! worst worst worst experience of my life! i entered the hotel asked for water it was literally they start away said “we don’t have water”, no ac in the waiting area! i went to their air conditioned restaurant to rest for a while since my room was not ready! the asked me to leave stating i can’t wait there when i asked why, she simply turned off the ac without even responding! i made a complaint at the reception but no action was taken! this was my first impression of this hotel. Moving on room, these people have uploaded very old photographs when the property was new, now the condition is worse, hair dryer broken, switch not working, only one small ceiling light in the entire room! bathroom was looking like a public toilet! furthermore interior of the room was broken as well from multiple places! my 2 night stay at phi-phi was supposed to be a leisure stay but this hotel converted that into a worst nightmare! please don’t ever book this hotel if u wanna enjoy your trip! there are alots of other good hotels i explored do your research properly! n yes there pool dint fall for the pictures it’s not clean at all!

The hotel was clean and staff was really good and even the breakfast was very good. Just a small problem, the infrastructure of the room was quite old and not comparable to the latest hotel, also very limited lights in the room. Done.

The staff were racist.

The staff were racist. Especially the receptionist there, during our stay. We could clearly see the difference in treatment she was giving us and americans. She wasn’t even smiling at us. We reached at 12pm when the check-in was at 2pm. We had to wait in the lobby and some americans came after us at 1:30pm and they were offered a room straight away and that too a very good room with a sea view. Later that day we happened to talk to those americans and got to know that they did not do anything apart from booking the room. It was a random allotment on the spot. Whereas we were given a room that had the worst view ever. Both sides, it was a store room. Didn’t even look like a deluxe room. We had to argue with the receptionist for a change of room and asked her why did she give a better room to the americans. Her reply was “first come first serve”. I was like excuse me? we were waiting at the lobby since 12pm. Clearly she just wanted to be in good books of the americans maybe because they pay tips in dollars? id k what it is. But yeah, the whole stay over there was horrible because there was zero hospitality from the staff. They looked at us like peasants. We paid 10, 500 for one night, hoping we’d get a good view. But no. Such a waste of money. Not recommended for budget travelers. Unless you are americans/europeans or rich, don’t go here. They treat you based on your status.

Nice stay. Good property near ton sai pier. Walkable distance. Hotel boy help to carry luggages. Both side sea view from room. Big swimming pool. View from swimming pool very nice.

Poor management, lots of mosquitoes, phone not working, breakfast not up to the mark, i checked out one day prior.

We saw the pics and booked this hotel. However, on reaching there, it was not anything like the pictures. The property is quite old, the room was very small and the bathroom was not good at all. It was extremely dingy and in terrible need of renovation. There was only one two point charger point in the whole room. There is no lift in the property as well. We stayed here for only one night, so somehow we made it through. The staff is sweet and accommodating. The only pro is it is very near to the pier and has beach access from the hotel. However, the time we were there, it was pretty low tide so beach wasn't too much fun. The swimming pool is good. However, the rooms are not at all worth the price they are charging per night. Except the staff and the location, there is nothing great about this place. Our experience of phi phi was somehow put off because the hotel was below our expectations.

Amazing stay- ticks off all the boxes

Spacious clean rooms with all amenities. The entire property is facing the ocean so gives a great view from most of the rooms. The pool is very big and opens towards the sea, so great view while swimming too. We only had breakfast there which was very good with a lot of options. They have two in-house cute cats to greet you always ) whenever i ever come to phi phi again, i’ll stay at cabana always.

Me and my friends had booked hotel cabana during our stay at ko phi phi in thailand. The booking was smooth. We had booked 3 people in one room and 2 in another for which we received confirmation from mmt. However when we reached there the person at the reception asked us ton-pay an additional 4800 thb for the extra person. When told that we had already paid for it, she was not ready to listen and mentioned that we should speak to our agent. Later, mm t executives exchanged a few mails with me and the hotel. 7 days later i received full refund by mmt about the hotel, i would give it 3 stars only. The pool is good. The beachside ambience is good. The hotel is adjacent to a beach. The rooms however are old and small. The bathrooms were poorly maintained. The shower shutters were broken. There was only one charging point, that too for the tv. The tv had only 11 local channels so of no use. The housekeeping staff was very polite and courteous. However the reat of the staff were very assertive. In general i noticed that thai people are very assertive and not tourist friendly. In short, i will definitely recommend phi phi but not hotel cabana for the price they charge.

The hotel is perfectly located.. very near to the Tonsai pier where your boat drops you… so just a walking distance of 200 meters.. The property has beach on both sides and the view from its back side is just amazing… this is the hotel with one of the best views in phi phi island..

Stay was wonderful. Room was tidy and organised. Only the bad part is washroom. It was quite small and the shower was broken. Location was superb ! also, comodo dragon inside our hotel premises. It was giving a live proof that we are definitely on a remote island.

Location is amazing, view from certain rooms is really nice. But the ac in the rooms was not working properly and washrooms are not nice. There is a big problem of mosquitoes and hotel management doesn't seem to care about it much.

Location is good. Staff is courteous. Ac was not working and had to shift to the other room in the mid night. Swimming pool was under renovation. Breakfast was not having many options. Overall not a good experience.

The swimming pool was under construction and will continue for 2 months. Food and drinks are expensive considering it's an island. It's better than an average hotel but with great view. I would give it 3.75 out of 5.
