Was a very nice experience, they were very helpful and polite all the time, i wish come back again definitely

Property was very close to beach, staff was good although i booked front side room but my view was fully blocked by trees, also light of dressing room was not working, in the name of mini bar there was only water bottle, few clod drink and wet wipes, infinity pool was very dirty

There is a reason its a 3 star hotel. We had a terrible experience. We booked a deluxe villa which says "grand seaview. However our view was majorly blocked by this big tree in front. They have charged us hefty amount for this room. They could have moved this room to partial seaview category. When we asked to change the room, we were denied. Also this beach is absolute cut off from the happening phi phi world. They say "free transfer to tonsai peer" but it's only till 2 pm. They should mention this clearly during booking. There were lots of big ants in the room. We had a small baby and we had a really hard time.

This property located at long beach in front of beach direct access. Very nice resort clean and nice. You can go by 40 min walk to tonsai pair as well as longtail boat. We book resort near by beach. They have rooms at mountain also, if you failed to book nearby room, really very hard to climb up to room every time. Property in small hill area. Food is normal. We enjoyed stay and beach. Swimming pool not so good and small. Staffs are not friendly, they will not care you much. Just good stay and enjoy beach

It was an amazing resort and beach of the resort was clean and safe. It is one of the best property to stay, only issue was connectivity to other beaches.

There was no vegetarian food. The lady at the reception was rude. The tours booked from the hotel were costly.

They behave like monopoly. They don't provide the room service properly. You must eat at the restaurant as you don't have a choice. Do a tour from phuket instead. Overall cost will be much lower with great service

It is a beautiful resort, but it is very far from the night bars and party places in phi phi.
u have to take a taxi boat every time u want to go anywhere worth atleast 100Thb Per person.
it is a good hotel but poor location.

Pathetic behaviour of staff

We reached phi phi island and tried to contact the resort authority but no one picked our calls. We were harassed as we had luggage and were new to island, on reaching the reception we complained about it and even showed our missed calls on phone but the staff didn't pay any heed. One of the staff members mr beer even went to extent of saying that it doesn't matter to me if you get harassed or pay high price.

Breakfast was cold and lacked variety. On the amenities front, the bathroom had just one hand shower, the mini bar which was supposed to be free was equipped with two cans of colas. Getting to and from the tonsai pier was a nightmare. Never booking again

We really like the property because it has its own private beach, lavish pools and greenery all around. The food was awesome and rooms were maintained neat and clean. The resort has its own fireshow so that was an added experience.

Found the location to be poor. Away from town where you have all the activities. Also the rooms are located on the hill which is steep and bit of walk for every time.

The property is very good and gives you chill vibe. The food is also delicious. The only thing i feel is it is very far from the pier and they provide only pick and drop. If you want to explore phi phi you have to pay extra every single time. Feels like you’re stuck in the hotel and not much to explore. Best for snorkelling. The individual huts are really pretty you need to walk a lot to get to your hut and that too on a mountain.
