no elevator under renovation no staff to handle the luggage while checking in. Please don't book and makemytrip shop d list this hotel

Very good 4 star hotel

A very nice hotel with 2 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful reception area and breakfast menu have 1 indian dish everyday. Just 1 thing to be careful about that they need 1000 baht per day per room as security deposit which is not good as every hotel charges security per stay not per day. I booked 3 rooms for 3 days so they took 9k baht as security which were blocked till last day of my travel. U can also do this via credit card but if you are not traveling with cc then you have to deposit cash. Other than that rooms were good, location good, staff excellent, have buggy service to the rooms and excellent hygiene.
Very pleasant hotel, staff all up to the mark, helpful in all our queries, ms. Lou, mr. Vaishnu, mr. Dhanesh has been very proactive. Safety wise 100 percent, location walking distance to beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here, i extended my stay 2 times here because i did not feel like shifting to other hotels near by. Their room service is fast, cleanliness is well maintained. The beach is at watching distance from here. Also, morning breakfast is really nice. Ms. Lou and vaishnavi at the reception have been very helpful for fulfilling all our needs. Overall it is worth staying here. Safety standards are up to the mark

They really had a good service who were attentive to all our needs, even though i had to check in early they were really understanding. The room looks clean and neat and it is closer to most of the attractions nearby

We upgraded from superior room to premium suite and it was totally worth it! the room had an attached balcony, which spanned across the room, giving beautiful view of the beach and the sunset. Loved spending the time in the balcony watching the sunset. The room was extremely spacious. The breakfast spread had a lot of options and i was delighted to find tasty indian options as well. Cons: i could not get hold of the ac, as at times due to reason the floor would get very sticky. The hotel has an indian restaurant but i couldn’t order from it inspite of staying there for 3 days as either it was closed most of the times or it got closed

Hotel location is near patong beach which is centre of fun and excitement. My children enjoyed a lots of fun.

Hotel room good. But hotel behind

This hotel on a steep little bit. They have 2 unit. Allotted us 2nd unit. There no left tell second or third floor after that there is a left. But there buggy car in fron of hotel if you ask they will take you second floor. I don't like every time ask the man to tale us by buggy. Usually using stairs this is miserable climbing up and down. Over all staff good and very cooperative. Can speak english

we stayed for 4 days in Phuket and seriously Our stay was the best part for our trip, The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Preaw ( on reception).
patong beach from the hotel is just 200 meters away.
so for location, stay, property I give a 5/5 thanks 😊

Cool place, really close to the beach and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very very good. Had an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is quite cozy and comfortable. Location is also good it is nearly 200 m away from patong beach and approximately 4 km away from the main market street. Buffet choice is also fine. Swimming pool is not that good. It was well maintained however not really deep to dive or swim

Hotel is clean and really nice
we stayed for 3 days and honestly it was an great experience
staff is super friendly and helpful l and they even have a buggy service to drop you to main road. Will be no brainer again when i do come to Phuket

Hotel and the room is good but to reach the room is an extra excercise. We have to wait for the buggy and it's time consuming.

i faced water problem.... there was no water in the room for half a day and that was really a bad experience as i went for the city tour without brushing my teeth, washing my face nor i could take shower that day... really pathetic.... no images can be clicked ast here was no water available at all... as i mentioned, i went for city tour during my stay without brushing my teeth and without shower as there was no water available... informed at reception several times and was resolved very lately as i had to go out for city tour without taking shower... was really a pathetic experience that day.
