Great hotel. Lovely facilities for kids and adults. For our 3 year old, the kids room and the baby pool were spot on. It's right next to an awesome beach. F&b are well priced. Will come back again.

Located perfectly in patong, phuket’s most happening tourist hotspot. Standard 4 star property. Nothing wow about it. Kids club and kids activities are good, however, would recommend another area for families as this is more of couple or friends’ outing spot. Rooms decent and clean. Breakfast has good vegetarian options.

Property location was good- just beside the patong beach. Amenities and services of the resort were good. To make it better they should provide crockery and microwave. Less options of indian food were there in the restaurant.

a very nice and comfortable stay..the hotel has all amenities..it's near to beach and walking distance to bangla street..the food was good..they didn't upgrade my room even though I requested..but really can't blame them for it 😕

The stay was good. But we faced difficulty when we were taking bath. As no hot water was coming raise complaint. The location is excellent.

Good location with kids friendly amenities. Place is opposite patong beach and walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. They have a kids club where you can leave kids enjoying activities under supervision. Timing for kids club is 9-12 pm and then 1 to 5pm

Staying in holiday inn resort patong was a right choice. I evaluated various properties but zeroed down on holiday inn. It's location and proximity to patong, high street areas, famous restaurants etc js impeccable. Highly recommended for people traveling with kids as the hotel has kids pool area, play room offering playstation and other in house activities. I would certainly like to stay here if i visit Phuket again.

Very convenient location- market at walking distance, beach right opposite the resort. Very good spread of breakfast which has indian food too. Italian restaurant has decent food with a mix of veg and non veg. The property is well maintained.
