They gave us free drinks on arrival. You can see this property as soon as you enter patong area. It’s visible from every corner as it is located on a hill. Property is beautiful

I was having a great experience of a solo trip until at the time of checkout my 5 star rating came down to 1. They will try to charge you for irrelevant things and will refuse to give you your passport back. I read many bad reviews before booking but still went for this hotel thinking it might be customer’s fault, but i was totally wrong. I experienced it myself. They tried to charge me for missing towel (200 thb. When i said i din’t come here to steal towels, then they said that towel is very dirty. When asked for proof, they showed me some towel picture with big yellow spots. I almost missed my flight due to this pointless argument. They just want some extra money out of you. Also, i paid my in-room dining amount at the time the food arrived which they asked me to pay again at the time of checkout as they had no proof that you paid that already. Pointless sops! think twice before you book this resort! it was a big mistake i made.

Property is good nice view, but poor service poor staff not at all recommended as it has no value for indians no indian breakfast. Very poor shuttle service we have to wait so much. Even you have to carry your own luggage because you are indian. Home service person so rude and misleading.

The room service at this hotel was good but the quality food for vegetarian is not up to the mark. Request the management to kindly also look after this and provide some good food for vegetarians as well. Rest everything was good.

Nice property with a great view, staff is supportive, but one suggestion, increase the veg food option in breakfast, very less option only rice curry, otherwise room and service is great

I had brilliant experience, perfect view and room was excellent, they upgrade me the room as well when i came to the hotel. I have my own jacuzzi outside the room. So perfect. Clean room, excellent service

The resort maintance and staff were nice and all speak english. The view from room so good and shuttle service available to patong beach daily from morning to night 11 p. M. But you have to take a bike if you are staying here beacuse when ever you want go out taxi charge from resort to patong beach 200 baht it is too high. Bike rental service available at resort 300 baht per day so it is better to take bike

Hotel is beautiful, big, facilities were great. We loved our stay. Just that everything is very expensive n even to deliver the food that we ordered from outside was charged 65 bhat to deliver to the room - that's a useless cost i felt. Secondly few staffs especially cleaning staffs were rude, i asked them to clean the fish lying on floor in the room after the room cleaning was done, they were offering me the broom itself instead of cleaning the same. I asked for extra milk cream from them as i like creamy coffee, n they were like no extra is allowed one day 2 cream e only

Rooms are well appointed but breakfast buffet is very disappointing and they start clearing the food half n hour before the buffet end time.

The hotel had such a bad cin that the rooms are far located and every-time you have call hotel for carriage, bed was broken, rude staff specifically to indians and when you order online you have pay 50 baht to hotel for the food to come up average room very old property, very noise y acs

Not a friendly staff. Dont have good room service at all. One more thing i have paid for the room already to make my trip hotel staff was saying they didnt recieve payment from mmt so they made us wait without my fault bcz i already paid the amount in advance. Poor didnt recommend

Good experience they charged us for kitchen reviewed 10 dc 2016 one of the best resort i have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of ganpathipule. If someone wants to visit the temple then they could directly walk down along the beachside path and reach the temple within 10 minutes

Terrible service. Worst hotel ever stayed. There was a power cut for more than 4hrs. Unable to reach mm t trip also, no number to reach mm t from overseas.
