I had a terrible experience i would not recommend anyone to stay here. Reason is that the staff behaviour was very rude towards indians. Service was worst and even food. Ordered french fries but they were stale. I literally had to call the tourist police cz they were not helping us in any wah

Room : not as shown in photos, not sure the hotel staff gave the rightly booked room. Old room, just below the restaurant, you can hear the chair dragging noise. Breakfast was ok.

Only good thing is swimming pool and sunset point. Rooms are not worth of price. Room service is horrible. We had to wait for 3 hours for just 2 bottles of drinking water in the room.

Rooms - bad. Bathroom - worst. Service - bad. Food - ok. Restaurant does not provide water unless you pay 80 thb for 500 ml of water. Sunset view was the only good thing about this hotel.

The location is good and scenic. However the biggest drawback of the hotel was the unprofessional and rude behavuour of staff and reception. The hotel has two parts separated by a busy traffic road. We booked for a sunset villa on the upper side of the cliff but the hotel informed us that the upper section across the road is under renovation and that they cannot give the room that we paid for. So they gave us a room which was in the extremely lonely corner with a big flight of steps and told us that this is the best they can. The room was stingy and dirty, secluded and very uncomfortable to access in the premises. After a lot of discussion with the reception and refusing to stay in the room, we were finally showed another 2 rooms of inferior quality with an extremely rude staff that kept mocking and rode us around jeering us in the golf cart. After putting across our complaints to mat, we were finally allotted the room we paid for. And voila, that part of the hotel was actually the most occupied and busy section. All this after 4 hours of arguing and refusing to put up with the lies the hotel claimed. We stayed there. The view from the room was good but the staff continued to be rude throughout. Overall an in-pleasant stay. Left us feeling very vulnerable in a foreign country.

We stayed at the deluxe suite overlooking the ocean and it was beautiful. The view was stunning and the room was big and very clean. Our only complaint would be that the service was below par. To get basic amenities like coffee took a lot of time. And there is no taxi pickup from the airport. Other than that we had a lovely stay!

I have never seen a hotel room with no washroom lock this was the first time also when i called receptionist they told it's common for a family room to not have a lock in washroom. Terrible idea

Nice place to stay for couple, but resort is far from Patong and KaronBeach so every time you need to take a taxi to come and go to beaches which you have to pay some amount for 2 People. so if you wanna spend much time on beaches, then either you have international driving license to hire 2 wheeler like goa or you ready to pay for taxi. Party people should look for a place at Patong beach only.
