I have been visiting the hotel for years and this experience has been more than a few times. The hotel is very excellent and the staff are very good and the treatment is excellent.

The room are decent but they are very dim. In breakfast, they have almost no vegetarian option. Location wise it is really great.

Stay was good, enjoyed the location and overall sanity. Staff was polite and supportive. Can book tour from hotel only, so all necessary information is available there. Overall enjoyed the stay

Neat and clean. Very courteous staff. Decent breakfast spread for vegetarians, and certainly a delight for non-vegetarians. Location is the best in entire patong. Plenty of indian restaurants, taxies and tour operators available all around the hotel. They ask security deposit, which they returned at end of my stay without any questions. If you exhibit good behavior, they will treat you very well. Remember, many hotel staff eyes are watching you.
Hotel staff are very cooperative and taking care. House keeping wonder full and excellent service. Finally stay in sleep with me good worth for money

A big and good hotel, as it is near bangla road of Phuket and is also a little away, in front of central mall, clean hotel, staff is also good.

It was magnificent hotel with a beautiful stay. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Stuffs are good and courteaus. Luxury within budget. A must stay if you're in Phuket. I will recommend everyone

Location is always the best next to the central mall and the staff where amazing specially hayat in the reception was always helpful
