    Terrible Stay

    We had a bad experience at atlantis royal hotelthe receptionist took money from us for the upgradation and lied that we dont and also i check out time is 12 but they told it was 11 and we are late for 2 hrs also we booked a cab from there for 4500 rs we reached 1 hr late and they told cab is not available now and they cant pay back our moneywe dont recommend this hotel to anyone

    I went more than 100 hotels. Entire my career as of now i am giving negative review. Hotel didn't provide water bottles. They have changed extra l for my kids room is too much small bathroom is worst brackfast, need to go to another hotel they wont give basic respect to customers i strongly recommend, don't book this hotel
