    Bad services, location is good, very bad condition of batheroom fixtures

    My stay was truelly terrible and nightmare with this hotel, staffs were very unprofessional, i changed 3 rooms in 4 night stay because of very bad batheroom fixtures and fittings, so much flood of water came out, i complained from day 1, that made my istanbul trip worse, never recommend this hotel, only breakfast and those staff were excellent. Rest everything's was terrible

    They were very rude and gave the worst room, and we kept requesting them for other room, but they said the whole hotel is full.

    Excellent location. Hotel is located few minutes away from Istiklal street, which is The main hub in Istanbul. Breakfast is great. Rooms and staff are very good.
