I recently stayed at the novotel bosphorus hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. *pros: 1. *perfect location: unbeatable views of the bosphorus strait and proximity to major attractions. 2. *decent rooms: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms with modern amenities. 3. *convenient: easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. *cons* 1. *unwelcoming staff: unfortunately, the staff failed to provide a warm welcome. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful at times. 2. *food: the breakfast and dinner options were just okay, lacking variety and local flavors. *improvement areas* - staff training to enhance customer service skills - upgrade food quality and variety - better communication regarding hotel services and amenities *recommendation* while the location and rooms are excellent, the staff's attitude and food quality need improvement. It was my third stay in property. The location is excellent as it is just walking distance from galataport, a very lively area in the evenings. Also lot of eateries and pubs nearby for a vibrant evening. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful

It is a good property at a good location with good staff excellent manager . The breakfast is very good at the roof top with a lot of variety overlooking the river great view .The location is very nice taxi is available always there are a lot of cafés next door .Overall a great stay thanks to all the staff including house keepers.

Great location. Opposite galata port. Excellent rooftop restaurant with views of the bosphorous. Recommended.

You can get to the old city by walk across the galada bridge and reach the spice market and in the opp side to the main shops on istikal cadesi. Also just behind the hotel are amazing bars and restaurants

Stay was comfortable and location amazing but small issues regarding drinking water and late check out facilities during our stay, else good rooms and very clean nice property would recommend as the area is very good and lots of places to eat drink and enjoy

The hotel is located tbbhosporus and all tourist location are at a very short distance. Location is excellent and close to extremely beautiful galata bridge

Location: All monuments, Grand bazaar are in a 5 kms radius of the hotel. Amazing eateries in 500 m vicinity. Our room had Galata tower view. Food: Gourmet has a good menu. Service: Polite and great staff.

Hotel is near Tram Station. All the monuments, palaces, and historic places are nearby. Best part is the cafes and fantastic eating joints which are in plenty just back side of hotel.

The hotel was excellent and it surpassed my expectation. The washrooms and showers are spectacular with the button controlled glass room separator. The lobby is really narrow and my room was distant. However, can improve on the view.

All we can say is that staff was very rude. It was requested that early morning breakfast can be made available as vegetarian. (because of early morning flight). They provided packet with beef patty. Even they were non cooperative with small things. We do not recommend this hotel at this price. Location is the only advantage, rest is very unprofessional.

Novotel bosphorus stay

Room was good not very fancy with standard facilities. Nothing very out of turn or special. Breakfast was very lavish and with wide variety. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Good stay. Though at this price we might have received better deals.

This hotel is very close to Bosphorus bridge. Breakfast spread was awesome. Their roof top restaurant has a sea view and it is breathtaking.
