    Stayed here recently for a two day. Very friendly helpful staff. Very good service. When we identified minor issues, they were quickly set right. Spa available although you have to book in advance to avoid being disappointed. Well placed hotel with trams and buses available right outside the main entrance. Istanbul travel card available at the desk. Major credit cards accepted. Ample parking space available close by. Couple of eateries available within the hotel. You can find a mini supermarket just round the corner. On the downside, the hotel looks a bit dated. Am afraid, it does not quite qualify for the five star rating, in my opinion. Not a big deal if you are not the fussy types. Overall, comfortable stay.
