    Terrible Stay

    The hotel staff especially the front desk are bad ( evening ones especially). Especially if your patient they literally have no empathy for surgical patients. And if your a tourist this place is also a no no since everything's is far way only the outlet mall. For every little thing you have to literally call them 20 times. I had to literally go down stairs with my bandage on to ask them to provide me with food ( since their intercom don't work most of the time ) the cleaning lady from kazikstan was the only thing that i liked about the hotel she so sweet and yes i even lost 100 euro. My friend sanya also made several complaints to the hotel manager but in vain.
