svetlana.familyMay 25, 2024 I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even repaired our car for us because we were scared to park on the hill. Nothing can beat the view that opens up from every place on the property. The owner himself kept checking on us during our stay; you could really see that they put a lot of effort into guest satisfaction.
emily.partnerApr 27, 2022 It was a building site. The staff spoke no English and refused to give us a refund as we needed to leave to stay somewhere that was actually ready for guests to stay. We ended up staying the beautiful Suna Sun hotel next door. I’d go there first next time!
Had to wait for 20 minutes for receptionist. Room did not have heat. Exterior door let’s in air from
Outside. Room is not clean, tv not functioning, creepy cat on property followed us everywhere.

Lovely balconies with sea view, Good location , has its own sea access, helpful staff.
Needs restoration , has alots of stairs.

Great views, rooms although small were clean. unfortunately the outside was dirty and not well maintained. A pity as this is a great location.
Cigarettes stubs left in ashtrays, masks discarded on floors, glasses and dishes from previous day not cleared away.
Breakfast disappointing, although has a lovely evening meal.

This was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting. And I have stayed in some bad hotels. Filthy from top to bottom, and falling apart. Most of the staff were rude, with the exception of a couple who just looked ashamed to be working there. We had to move immediately out of the first room because it was borderline criminally bad, only to be moved into a larger room with admittedly a newer bed so stayed that night hoping it would be properly cleaned the next day. It wasn't, or the next, or the next. You would have thought when we ended up with gastroentiritus that the staff may have stepped into to properly clean the room. They didn't. The room didn't get cleaned until the last day, and even then they didn't do the bathroom until I went mad. And then they STILL didn't clean the toilet. It was clear that the hotel didn't actually have a cleaning contract, instead it was two employees who didn't have a clue and just spent there time messing about. The staff spent most of the time staring at their phones. There were no juices to accompany the wasp covered breakfasts. The sun loungers looked like they had been salvaged from a skip. I should mention that the walk from the top to the bottom of the hotel was about seven floors, not their fault, granted. I could go on but hopefully this should give the picture. It would be too simple to blame the ailing economy for there woes, this was simply a complete lack of pride.

Donus yolunda yeniden uğramayı ,otelden ayrılmadan düşünmeye başladım. Beach bolumu, Kas'in en iyi denizine sahip olması ve gerek calisanlari,gerek restauranta sayesinde tek gecilmesi bir yer .Ekim ayında görüşmektesin uzere .

We found this hotel after a terrible check-in at another hotel in the area where the room & hotel didn't come close to what we've booked. We refused to stay there and went looking for another place to stay and ended up at Club Capa Hotel.
Upon arrival and after explaining the story, the owner and all other staff of Club Capa hotel were very friendly and helpful. They empathised with our situation and tried to go the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay in Kas. They succeeded, it's the small things that make such an experience great.
Besides that, the rooms are comfortable and clean and their private beach is amazing.

Nice place, good value for money
In terms of interior design and ambiance the hotel in general is quite nice and comfortable. However the rooms are a bit small, floors and bathrooms are not so clean and the rooms needs maintenance in terms of equipment, hardware, paint job etc. The beach/water is quite clear and enjoyable. The food and service at the hotel is great! Staff is very kind and attentive. The prices for food and drinks are quiet normal. Location is good when you have a car. As the hotel is positioned on a montain side the hotel is not ideal for people who cannot take the stairs or who doesn’t like to go up and down so much. Ideal for all kinds of couples, family, friends to stay. Overall good value for money.
Beautiful location, it's a bit of a walk down (and back up) to restaurant and sea, so if you can't climb stairs it's not the place for you.
Good food and a lovely area to lie next to the water.
Stayed for three nights with my girlfriend. The place was very clean and nice. Pool area and beach was very quiet with amazing views. Highly recommended for couples
It was amazing . I have been stay here last year and fall in love with this place.
Just about OK for one night
On the positive side, quiet room with access to big terrace and lovely view. Bed was comfortable, good walk-in shower, plenty of fresh towels.
On the not-so-positive side, room was accessed by many many steps with no railings and poor lighting. My husband missed a step coming back in the dark, luckily only grazing his arm when he fell back.
Breakfast was mostly OK, good variety of food, coffee was awful and there were no staff at all anywhere near the breakfast room, other than the chef in the kitchen - he was very nice and helped us when we asked him where to find things.
I have to say that in a country where excellent hospitality is the norm, the staff were not particularly helpful and the welcome was lukewarm to say the least.
We wouldn't stay again.
Late night check in, room basic, no towels or toiletries, no working phone so long trip up 53 steps to reception. Woken at 0700 with loud knocking on the door to tell us to move our car, we arrived in a taxi and had no car! What a disappointing stay, checked out following day and went to stay in another hotel although we had paid for three nights, no refund.....
Very scenic location. Friendly staff that speak english. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms with great value for your money.
