We stayed there second time during our visit to Trabzon. It has a good location - pretty close to Forum mall, overall good facilities and a very friendly, nice environment. The only thing we didn't like is the shower wall. Both times it was stuck and it was hard to move it. The rest was great for this price.

No one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service
Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

I dont know how this hotel has such good rating.
The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise.
We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep.
Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view.
Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room.
Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside.
Very disappointing 😞
That was a nice stay with helpful staff. The only problem is that the wall between suites are narrow and we could hear noise from or beside room.

It was a very good stay. I stayed for one night and the staff was really good. I loved their terrace with an amazing view of the city and sea.
