Everything was great. The food, the room, the washroom was heavenly. The breakfast had such variety including gluten free and dairy free options. Absolutely loved our time

Very bad at hospitality. Asking something was like too much burden on them. Didnt like my stay. Room we booked was not given it was very small

Overall experience was good as always, a very good breakfast and dinner spread. We also have bus facility to yeas island from the hotel doorstep.

Reception amazing more than amazing and one of the management who upgraded my reservation honestly she has the most professional attitude i have ever seen at any hotel. Breakfast wonderful dinner is ok but not the best housekeeping very good pool and gym also good one or two persons only have little aggressive attitude but easily i ignored that. The blanket sheets and below sheets smelling even when they changed it many times i know this is because of the cleaning mechanism needs some upgrades. But overall i liked the experience and it’s highly recommended

For food, we had breakfast buffet at the hotel. Food choices is exceptional. And the staff in that area are very hospitable. For location, it's nice that it is located at the end corner of the city. Still accessible to every thing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel sofitel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, hotel sofitel exceeded my expectations in every way, and i highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

It is very good location, that time was very busy i had a room with nice view and this is not my first time stay there, and always have a good services and bfast was so good too, only swimming pool area i don't like it, water is a bit dirty maybe because too many people, i am recommend to come not during peak season because pool wasn't that big. Thank you

The breakfast was a big spread and good too. Lots of options to choose from. The view from room was amazing, overlooking the island. Also the staff was very helpful.

Very bad experience, i was offered 2 single beds instead of king although i’m alone, the room was connected to another which was occupied by an annoying guest who kept shouting over the phone all night. Sound proof is rubbish so you could hear the guy as if he is inside your room, luggage rack was broken so i used the office table instead. On the positive side the staff were very humble, polite and always smiling except at the reception.

We had a sea view room where the view was excellent barring which nothing was worth it. A five star property with zero customer friendliness. The front desk and the ones during breakfast etc were like robots with no warmth towards guests and zero flexibility w. R. T any customer requests be it asking for a muffin at the table etc must mention executive chef who saved our stay by making up for our shot down request of making a basic chicken soup for our 2 year old kid. The options in the breakfast are few from all cuisine where they have ended up being jack of all but master of none. The response time to some urgent requests like ice for the kid who had got hurt, was horrible too.

Loved our stay at sofitel. The sea views from the room are amazing & the hotel was kind enough to give us an upgrade as well. The international buffet was good but i felt it could have been better. All in all for the price would definitely recommend this place.

Had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Front desk staff were really friendly and nice. (thank you andrew) there was a small mix up with the wrong bags being sent to my room, but quickly fixed without a hassle. Pros: - great location - friendly staff - spacious and very well equipped gym. - well designed rooms with a very nice bathroom. - nice pool area / restaurant - cabs are always available below the hotel cons: - no iron and ironing board in the room. - only 2 small bottles of water, honestly didn't get time see much, but found absolutely nothing wrong. There was a bose speaker, but couldn't manage to connect via bluetooth for some reason.
