We travel-led as a group and the stay was good actually. We found some negative reviews regarding staff behaviour but in our opinion they where friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and cleaned properly before our arrival. The only thing is there are no nearby hotels or other grocery shops. You have to get a taxi.

Overall good for the price. When we arrived bathroom hose was broken but maintenance guy fixed it fast. Bed mattress is not very good and it was broken from one side. Breakfast is good and had a lot of different foods and fruits.

The kabayan receptionist was hospitable and approachable to us, she was able to entertain us for our inquiries too and she was always smiling which gave us a positive vibes. And also the other staffs the main entrance,they were helping us to get a taxi and we were just relaxing in the waiting area while waiting a taxi when we needed to go somewhere.

Room 101 and parking front of the hotel

I hope to have room 101 booked consistently for my upcoming bookings on september 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 2024 as i am allergic to smoking and this is the best room i have stayed in at this hotel, having stayed there twice before in september. I hope that the parking spaces in front of the hotel will be allocated only for residents and not for visitors.

Not happy with the hotel

The room was allotted at 709 which had no lift and it was on second floor, and room ambience was not at all good. I had book a standar room and bath room was very small the place where we take shower was not good

Location of hotel is just within the abu dhabi city so it's quite convenient to go to and from the hotel. Lots of taxi parked outside. Food as part of our booking was average. Not much of a selection actually. Pool was good though except the timing was in my opinion not good especially that it's summer, they could have extended the closing time. Other than the concierge/reception which are super nice and kind staff, majority of people working in this hotel does not offer any kind of smile.
