Queen Elizabeth 2

My experience overall was amazing. But when i entered the Queen Elizabeth 2 to go to the reception for the check-in i was getting dealt with by one gentleman everything was going fine, until one lady came up next to me and he assisted her while she was assisting me and it took us an extra 20 to 25 minutes to get the check in which was a very disrespectful. He just left us aside as if it was nothing. Because i came around 6:30 pm to the Queen Elizabeth 2 i was very tired. The lady that went in to speak to the guy as i was getting checked in could have waited like everyone else. Other than this unprofessional check-in to stay was amazing. All the staff are very friendly the breakfast was so nice. Another problem was the ac was very noisy in the room, but you can’t expect much from a small room on a boat. I got a room upgrade that was nice. Overall, me and my partner were very satisfied.

Our stay was perfect. As i decides to celebrate my birthday at qe2 but we didnt feel any special on my birthday, the checking process was good but there was no concierge or bell attendant. We had to carry our luggages by our own until the room. And the receptionist didn't brief us the way to out room 4003. Where we spent more than 30min going around the Queen Elizabeth 2 to find out. There was no staff at that time inside that we could ask for. However the room was arranged so nice. However next day morning we went to the indoor pool but unfortunately it was terrible. By entering to the pool area itself we felt out eyes were burning. Its full of chlorine and the smell was full of chemical. So we decided to come back. The standards are getting down time to time

good morning following my stay at queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 last weekend , i would like to thank makemytrip team for their professionalism and their full support for my booking. i have spent a memorable time at the Queen Elizabeth 2 with my wife and my son. we have enjoyed a lot . breakfast buffet was excellent. staffs were very helpful. mrs farhin was very welcoming and delivered excellent customer service at the reception. great location and nice view over many parts of dubai skyscrapers. overall , i would say 10 / 10 !!! for sure , i'll recommend friends and family members to make their bookings via makemytrip and also to have a stay at queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 . regards yassine ghanty

Front office team requires more training as while checking-in we didn’t felt welcomed. Plus they were gossiping and giggling when we were checking-in. The bell guy who escorted us was new but really good he kept entertaining us on the way. Thank God check-out was fine. Like at least he spoke and asked about the stay. The property was really pretty ❤️ will come back with my best friend next time. HK team were polite and helpful. Also idk why but nobody answered the calls from FO team neither the operators🥲 so we called HK team for the assistance. I hope the management will highlights all the negative points and improve inshallah ❤️

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Queen Elizabeth 2. Everything about the Queen Elizabeth 2 was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you Ms Annalyn, Bikram, Lahiru, Tanna and Win for the excellent service😊

I had a very good experience on my stay at the Queen Elizabeth 2(ship. The facilities and amenities were nice but the best part was the customer service i received from the staffs. My first impression of the customer service was real nice as i was very welcomed by the front office staff. I felt very welcomed by miss. Yojana as it was my very first stay on a ship, i had so many questions but miss. Yojana very patiently and politely answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Staying at the queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 was an exceptional experience. The customer service was remarkably friendly, the room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were satisfactory, including efficient room service. The food was delightful. This stay was arranged to celebrate our anniversary and will be a treasured memory for us. We appreciate the service and support received, particularly from marry & mega n at the reception, whose assistance was invaluable.

Best place to stay while enjoying the feel of being in one of the most iconic cruise ship. We choose to stay in the captains room without balcony, the room is spacious with all the facilities, at first you might feel that the ac is not cool enough give it some time will be normal afterwards. Food at lido restaurant is just epic and the view is amazing. Lot of places to explore and get lost. We had a tuff time locating places as it’s humongous. Worth every penny

The queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 is really unique as we get to experience the legacy of this great ship. It is very well maintained and you feel like you are living in a ship and not a Queen Elizabeth 2. They have kept all the history of the ship on the q deck along with photos and old cutting of the paper articals. Ship has 2 dining area 1 theatre 1 queen ball room 1 casino and a lot more to explore. Perfect Queen Elizabeth 2 or ship i would say.

The ambience of the Queen Elizabeth 2 along with the cleanliness was excellent and at par with my expectations. The breakfast was great, the dinner was good too. The only thing I would have wanted more was maybe entertainment as there wasn’t much else to do over there or a souvenir store even would have been great. All in all the stay was great and we had a wonderful time, thank you to all the extremely nice and patient staff who helped us through it.💗

The stay was really nice, the ship has been maintained very well and its very interesting to visit different parts of the ship. But the engine rooms and other parts are under renovation which they told will be opened soon for public viewing. There is a ship history toor on board for which we have to pay 50aed if we want to attend. The bars and sheesha lounge all seems to be nice, although they close so soon - at 12 am midnight. Overall 8/10

I book through make my trip. U had so relaxing stay and breakfast was i amazing. Ship doesn't look old. Very well maintained. I walk around i was amazing. House keeping doing very well job. Cleanness of the room is amazing. When i walk around i met a house keeping gentle man his name prabu. He was so kind and help to find the places it was little confusing. He did very good hospitality. I will definitely come back with my family.

Stay was wonderful with a view and a lot to explore but unfortunately the pool was too small n crowded to use

We found the Queen Elizabeth 2 good for relaxation. We arrived in the Queen Elizabeth 2 early we waited the room and they gave the room after 45 mins of waiting

Situated near Port Rashid, Excellent Customer Service..& Amazing place to spend. No Spa Available...

Staying on a hysterical cruise qe2 itself is memorable experience, however the check in experience was not at all satisfactory, rather we were looking someone to explain the in & out of huge & hysterical cruise to experience, but no was bothered or around to greet, it was just normal check in experience food was excellent, and cruise built up, and interiors were commendable

The receptionist farheen is a nice person, the room was also good.

It is a good experience for us to stay in the real ship. Restaurant ambience is very good. Breakfast quality can be improved. They have organised a heritage tour of the ships, which is very informative. Overall we have enjoyed the stay.

Staff are so cooperative and amazing experience of staying in a ship. Only one thing could experience, the depth of swimming pool is almost 6 feet and kids could not enjoy much. Breakfast was delicious.

It would have great experience but only AC was little bit issue for me as it was stuck around 22 centigrade overall more then good experience

It was an awesome experience staying in eq2. The lido restaurant offers a wide varieties of cuisine. This stay helped me to experience the history of eq2 and it has a museum also.

Queen elizabeth 2 historical. It's bigger than titanic. I enjoyed the half board meal. Our experience was amazing

The Queen Elizabeth 2 is good but they charged tourism fee 15aed which was not charged by other Queen Elizabeth 2s. Plus parking was open not under shade.

We had great time celebrating my wife's birthday. Hotel is nice and staff is kind. Breakfast was awesome with beautiful view at lido.

They serve excellent breakfast. Hotel clean, but some areas smell of old carpet. Swimming pool is very small and too deep for kids and short adults.

Friendly staff and worming hospitality, grate food and well organized, will definitely recommend to others. Only down side is no one at the resorption answer's the phone i called more than 15 times but no luck
