•Room was Good
•Location was Good
•Facilities were good •Air Conditioning was very bad •We had the access card. still have to wait all the time for the security to come and open the gate for parking.
• They didn't provide us with the iron box and stand which they used to provide
Tried to connect the front desk many times but they didn't respond .

It was a good experience of stay at this property. Close to gold souk this apartment with all facilities of hotel spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff is warm & friendly.

Need to ask each and every things to get. They took me ifthar booking and during my ifthar, one supervisor came and said you cannot have ifthar here we have a private party booked. I had a guest with me and felt really insulted.
