Worst experience ever, they have very slow service. They dint have kids sterilisation thing. We will never consider this in our stay or recommend anyone.

Its a beautiful property at a beautiful location. The service is impeccable. The imperial club room provided by mmt is a very good package. It includes hi-tea with semi food(salad samosa nachos sandwich, drinks with semi starter and semi food but good nevertheless and breakfast buffet. The property is exceptional with beautiful water park with amazing vibe and ride. The aquarium is fine. The beach is nice. Its a paradise.

I recently stayed at atlantis the palm, and it was nothing short of exceptional! from the moment i arrived, i was struck by the grandeur of the hotel and the warm hospitality of the staff. The room was spacious, luxurious, and offered stunning views over the arabian gulf. The highlight of my stay was definitely the aqua-venture waterpark, a thrilling experience that’s perfect for families and adventure seekers alike. Dining was another remarkable aspect; each restaurant offered unique flavors and impeccable service. I especially loved [mention any specific restaurant you enjoyed. Overall, atlantis truly delivers on its reputation, making it a perfect destination for anyone looking to indulge in luxury and unforgettable experiences. Highly recommended!

The best feature was complimentary access to aquaventure and lost of chambers. The stay was comfortable but the beach was not too clean.

We visited atlantis for my birthday and the staff was really lovely and made sure there was a cake waiting in the room for me. The room was beautiful and the views are unparalleled! the aquaventure water park was a really fun experience and they had a great variety of restaurants and bars at the hotel. We went to en fuego for my birthday dinner and would really recommend it. We will definitely visit again!

Atlantis is a combo of everything! the hotel view, the aquaventure park! the service and amenities of the hotel!all worth it! if you’re planning, don’t think too much its worth the money!

Ambience is great. Most of the staff treatment is worrisome. They responded white skin well but not for the brown skin. While communication their body language is different.

Nice and short stay. And we had dinner at nobu. But they need to improve the food. I think nob u is definitely not recommended in the future

The water in my room's bathroom was extremely cold ! this ruined my day. Atlantis should provide water that is comfortable for the guests

A magnificent hotel that has to be in your bucket list. We were in the imperial club ocean room which was impeccable with a sprawling balcony overlooking the ocean. The amenities were top class. The club offered snacks all day and the happy hour had some fantastic snacks and the free drinks were amazing. The free access to the aquarium and the aqua park were a great plus. We could spend a full 2 days by storing the luggage and enjoying all the amenities. Worth every penny!

The property is grand and is one of the most luxurious properties across the world. The lost chambers aquarium is a state of the art site and aqua-ventures water park is also simply amazing. The food served at breakfast, hi tea and happy hours is mouth watering and includes vegetarian cuisines also. Room is neat and tidy and has ample space. Even the sleepers provided are of the highest quality. This place is worth visiting and every penny spent is worth it. Wavehouse game zone is also amazing.

I recently stayed at atlantis deep-am and while the stay was comfortable, i was disappointed with the overall experience. The food was well below expectations, lacking in both quality and flavor. Additionally, i found the management to be inefficient, which further detracted from the experience. Given the high price, i expected much better service and amenities. Unfortunately, the cost did not match the value provided.

It was excellent experience. The hospitality and service of the property is very nice. The staff is very cooperative. Breakfast is very delicious and vast variety. It’s my third visit to atlantis. And very satisfactory.
