Amazing service, great hospitality! the room was very clean and the meals were cooked well. I stayed for 10 days and the stay was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great with a mall right behind it and metro also close by.
Good rooms, excellent services. Need to work on bakery products front desk and house keeping service is really excellent

A fantastic hotel at a central locatio

I stayed there with some of my colleagues for 5 days. It was a great experience and special shoutout to the front desk staff. They made us feel welcome in every interaction. We loved the food there

Room was pretty small which was a disappointment, service was great 24hrs, team was courteous, breakfast spread was not that great, very good location, overall it was a good stay.

We stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and the checkin was smooth. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast spread was also good and velentime was extremely efficient. The hotel is very close to the mall of the emirates. The price was less compared to the expected. The manager at the breakfast restaurant was caring as my brother had a medical condition and he offered help immediately. Highly recommend.

Worst hotel ever please never book

I booked room for 3 adults and so the hotels i have ever stayed they provide extra bed if the booking is made for 3 adults. They denied for it and did not provide me the extra bed. I booked the king size bed and they joined 2 single bed to make it king size. There was a gap between two mattress as well which resulted in back ache. I feel like Worst experience ever. I'll never stay in any of the courtyard by marriott ever again it's the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The staff was not professional. The service was pathetic, i need to call 3-4 times them they use to pick up my call for room service and need to wait hours for small thing like water.

The hotel is not valuable for the money we pay. Breakfast was very basic and limited
room that i was given use to stink, but i got it changed on the last day. .

Whenever we tried to call anyone from housekeeping, reception or in room dining no one picked up. There was no coordination of the receptionists with the other teams. Receptionists were very transactional and not warm at all. Not satisfied with the stay

It was nice stay at marriott al barsha. Cleanliness and cooperation was good. Location is centrally located and modes of transport available easily. As a vegetarian, just a feedback to add 1-2 items in breakfast if possible to make breakfast more delicious. At marquis property, there are so many veg options available and here mainly 1-2 food options available. So, if they can add 1-2 more, it would be great worth for pure vegetarian people. Regards
