The bedsheet in the masters rm smelly coaches, the baby keeps on crying until the morning, when we hug the smell of the bedsheet and the clothes is coaches.

We tried to extend our stay for another day but the receptionist was not helpful at all. We stayed for 2 nights and no consideration was provided

Bad management experience

Except for the unjustified behavior of Mr. the manager on duty, and the delay in our entry to the hotel due to a doubt about the name, while we presented all the reservation evidence, unfortunately, but the other matters are very normal, and the swimming pool is good.

Staff behaviour very bad. Location and atmosphere is beautiful but staff and manager behaviour very bad there don’t nothing a hospitality. The manger is very terrible character he is don’t he is think customers privacy every time staff-es any small reason and put the bell one no waiting within seconds there come room inside and bedroom

All are superb most especially to the service and assistance rendered from reception most especially mohammed and kareem. All staffs are nice. Will keeps on coming back.

Location, maintenance, staff courtesy everything is mind blowing recommend this place for family and friends hang ups
only difficult part is too long from the happening place so need to travel in metro or taxi
