Nice location near to airport, grocery stores, easy access to cabs and if you willing yo walk for 10 mins there’s a metro as well

This hotel looks good inside out and at good location. But there was a sound problem with the hotel from clubs and a room with door connected to other room which was exchanged. Room also seems bit cramped up. Staff was slow to respond and kept my passport as security which seem weird

This is the worst service i have ever seen. The receptionist was rude to me and did not give me a word to say interrupting me. I arrived at night and for the first time i was in such a situation, i showed my reservation and all other documents, during 40-60 minutes he proved to me that the reservation is not visible, and that i need to contact the agency that is you. I kept asking for a good look as it had never happened before. In the end, after spending all my time, he found and did me a favor that he supposedly found through another agency and that i should be grateful to him! i will never go there again in my life.

Room size very small. Bathroom tub without shower curtains and half glass covered allowing spillage of water in the bathroom. Quite dangerous and slippery. Area for movement during shower is a exercise. Tub without plug. Nonworking safe but replaced after reminders. Consumables in toilet and tea coffee sachets were given if you ask for. Not replenished as a protocol. Cleanliness need to be improved. Reception and all staff very good, cooperative. Breakfast excellent. Room service dining items good. Special mention of mr. Faisal at reception, mr. Anis of tour desk and mr. Hamid our driver cum guide as their services were excellent. Mixed experience, hence rated average.

Rooms was tiny specially it was not sound insulated at all. Restaurant music disco music you can hear it in your room. Staff was very rude especially the main reception

serviceee issss zerooooooo they don’t know how to run the hotel ..they just care about money..they don’t care about customer satisfaction ….all the staffs there are very rude ..soo many things happen to me an example there is hot water in the shower i just complaint 3-4 times they just ignored and in end they told me sir this is natural water we can’t do anything on that …what’s going on from my side i’ll give them 0 rating and i’ll suggest everyone to not stay there in future

Rooms are very noisy, we could not able to sleep single night due to much noise. It should be sound proof. I book it for 3 nights but only stayed their for 2 nights due to noise.
