The room was good. Ac wasn't cooling enough. The bathroom was cramped, and there was very little space. The room was smelly. Cupboards were smelly. Lift was smelly.

Staffs are fine, facility should be upgraded, saw coackroach on the wall, bedsheets not clean.

Hotel room is good and little big than other normal hotel. Main meena bazar in hotel sp easily all food got. But taxi cannot easily meet this location due to rush more. Otherwise price wise hotel is good.

My experience was far from pleasant. The room conditions were not up to the standard one would expect, with poor hygiene and cleanliness being a major issue. It was clear that proper attention was not being given to maintaining the rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable. Moreover, the breakfast provided was inconsistent and lacking in quality. Each day, i found it below expectations, which added to the overall disappointment. Given these issues, i cannot recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns for future guests.

The room i had paid for was of 441 sq. Ft. But the room no. 322 i was given was of smaller size as i have stayed in this hotel before as well. Also for little late check out they charged me dhs. 100. And the doors and furniture in hotel is really very old. Also even from cold tap the water was really hot, may be because of hot whether.

Hotel has become very old. Needs renovation and repair. Furniture is also old. Property location is very good.

There is no customer service zero customer service rooms like garbage. Don't waste your money on this hotel
It was worst experience ever ac not working washroom so dirty and the staff are so illetrate and uneducated the night shift staff are mannerless they are sick
Room is very bad. The room is full of garbage and bad smell. The bed is of two types so i couldn't sleep. Small black worms in the bathroom ac not working properly

Too old property need renovation, at the night time front of reception 12 to 15 boys are seating and this is disappointed for family, bath tube is only name bath tube is not properly and shower too slow for both, not worthy hotel
