Bed bugs a lot in multiple rooms 11 floor to the 8 floor. Sheets are torn and stain. Management is rude and disrespectful!

It is always the people who make the place, and this is true when it comes to j5. All the colleagues are helpful, smiles always and very eager to help. A big shout out to savito and ma-her at the reception, truly amazing guys!
i enjoyed the gym facility alot. I had stay for 3 weeks the previous time, and this was my second stay unfortunately only for 1 night. But it was a relaxing one! spacious room and a short walk to the centre.

We had a wonderful experience at the j5 hotel. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean & very comfortable. We did not expect that they would have updated facilities like the flat screen tv, it was smartv which the kids enjoyed a lot. Every staff member we encountered was amazing and friendly. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We were very satisfied with the breakfast; ms. Meera was very helpful. She assures us that we are satisfied with our food, and everything was delicious and available. Thank you so much! staff should give an award! we will recommend this to my colleagues!

I was in Dubai on a short vacation. This place happened to be the best possible stay option for the vacation. Everything just perfect. The most wonderful staff. That's their USP. Everything is perfect, but the staff is more than that.
