This hotel is in very good location metro bus station, water taxi also near and walking distance from main Dubai wholesale market.

Don't prefer this Hotel when u are in Dubai. U will feel u are in any third class Hotel when u entered in room

Seems for online reservation they provide the worst room. Or don't know all the room are like this. The extension phones was not working, if we need to order water we have to go down. Need to improve a lot.

The location of this place is near a soup so it not luxurious or for business people. It for budget stay (since you will be out most of the day). The staff and reception are extremely helpful. The restaurant on the mezzanine floor has incredible food. The area has dozens of clothes and food stores. I would recommend this place for budget long term stay but the only issue is the high cost for car parking.
