Totally a waste of money, we went to the property and the front office was so arrogant that they made us wait for 3 hours without even giving the room. they didn't even bother to consider our kids sickness 😞. It is expensive and not worth the money, doesn't look like a 4 star hotel apartment at all, water temperature is so bad which all the option is only hot. The kitchen has coacroaches. Electric cooker not working. The furniture looks so old. Never coming back here again

Telephone was not working and battery was missing in the remote. Rude attitude by the receptionist made more uncomfortable.

The hotel apartment feels outdated and doesn't quite match up to a proper 4-star rating in my view. While one receptionist was friendly, another wasn't as helpful. We had trouble with our fridge—it broke three times and each replacement had a bad smell.

It's was not clean, cockroaches were their in the bathroom and the room, the boiler was rusty we couldn't use it, they asked for extra charge for cleaning wish was not in the booking it's the first time we experience this (as the charges of taxes and everything was included in the booking)

Very bad experience, bad smell in lobby, dirty room, noisy bed, not match anything, shows in pictures, total different from the room pic, hotel is not for families to stay, dirty hotel

The service in this hotel is very poor bathroom lock not working washing machine is not there (even it was shown in the booking) room phone is not working, if you have any needs you have to go to ground floor each time broken alamara glass broken bathroom tiles

im too much dissapointed! we will pay almost 200 aed then when we reach the hotel, we will pay again another 45aed for the city tax and cleaning fee, no problem about the payment but the problem is the cleanliness and the staff , they give us room at 13th floor, when we open the room i'll see first is cockroach welcoming us 🤦🏽‍♀️ then the smell of the room is not good, the internet is on and off 🤦🏽‍♀️ then we check out early because we have work but when we reach the lobby the receptionist said wait for 10 minutes they will check the room 🤦🏽‍♀️ until 10 minutes become almost 30minutes then the cleaners call the guy and said there's 2 plastic garbage bag in the room and birthday balloon decoration, and they have too much question about the garbage and balloon 🤦🏽‍♀️ we will pay for the extra charge in cleaning and they want us to throw our garbage ? first time in my entire life ill go to the hotel like that and ill will never do it again!!

It was always bad smell was there in lobby may be because of smoking cafe at ground level. Receptionist also was not much attentive. During late evening no body was there to receive your call from room at reception desk

I tell to cancel the booking because i dont like the room that he give me because not same in photo then he said i can cancel but he check in me and said updgrade my room suddenly i call the reservation to cancel me but i cannot cancel because he check in me.

Why they hotel took 20 aed for tax i was. Very up set next time i will not book anything. Hotel restaurant they send food my room but they send send food parcel like take way how will eat no plate no spoon my experience was very poor really i hate that hotel staff are not cooperating and pay parking fees also why staff not giving proper information we need to park hotel designated park i was not happy

One of worst hotel stay i have faced with pearl, room lock is not working and no bath towel, they have spend 3 hours to repair the lock at the end they said no other room, you have adjust with this room, we just paid money with nothing. First you take action against this hotel, from next time i ll not do any booking with makemy trip. I have lost my money thts it with this booking. I dint hv trust with makemy trip
