The hotel doesn’t look like a family place since the pictures of girls have been posted near reception looks weird, rest location is good people are nice but just don’t go with family my advice.

Rooms are not clean not satisfied with this stay at all

Location is good. Drinking water was not provided. The hotel was keeping the original passport with them where all other hotels just take a copy of i'd proof.

I have not received my refund i claimed because due to rains dubai airport has cancel-led all arriving flights it was cancel-led by the gov so i couldn't come to dubai so i want my refund.

Not never for family. Don't come here they will steal your belonging. Night 3 am someone try to open our room door, fortunately he ran after we woke up suddenly.

Firstly, upon check-in, i was requested to surrender my national id card, which was to be returned only at checkout. This practice is quite unusual and, as i understand, not in line with legal standards. After expressing my discomfort with this policy, i was then informed i could retrieve my id after one hour, which was still inconvenient. Secondly, i have discovered that the charging port in my room is not functioning. This is a significant inconvenience as it affects my ability to charge my devices, which is essential during my stay.

The room was really small, no drinking water bottles, saw some cockroach, overall kinda bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who is looking to have a good time.
