It was nice staying at sun-day holiday hotel, premise seems a little old, but still well maintained. Staffs were well mannered.

It was nice but thr service is slow i checked in and i asked for menu card and when i checked out after 5 days till than the menu card was not available. But if you have any work in hotel than i can say contact to the bellboy a fat guy and amazing service he provides he understand the problem and situation and that african receptionist i m happy with their service otherwise other receptionists they lie and false commitment and yea-ah if you can stay its goot at all. And i you wanna watch television no proper tv channel and notnoroper working

I didn't able to check in at hotel and staff informed booking was not confirmed and their behaviour also was so horrible so i will refer any one this makemytrip anymore

Room was good but we need to make them remind for mini fridge we need to ask for the towel and tooth brush there were no tissues in room otherwise room was good and atmosphere was also good

Not maintained, linen towel are very old & stains are there. Every thing is chargeable room cutlery, ice etc, carpets in rooms are very dirty & full with stain, i haven’t seen they are doing vaccum it regularly.

When we entered the room the bathroom was dirty, there was all used items- there was no towel. I did not complain just politely told the housekeeping to do the necessary. The trouble started next day when morning we called for water- nobody came after one hour we called no sign 3 times finally i went down to the reception and informed them no sign after one hour we called again no sign finally we say a housekeeping guy in the corridors he helped with the water. It was very bad experience

The hotel has retreated a lot the chairs have springs coming out of the bottom. The beds are not good. It has gone down. I won’t stay there anymore.

I have booked for 2 persons they indeed charged extra for the 2 and person inspite of showing the booking details.
