The hotel is a slum. It is extremely unhygienic with dirty floors, walls, bed linen. Kitchen is super bad with no appliances working

No maintenance once it was built. Insufficient staff and unclean. No house keeping and maintenance person at night.

I had prebooked my room 2 days earlier but it wasn't ready when i reached, they wasted my time in changing the rooms again and again, was really fed up. And knowing all this the didn't even apologize me. Very rude behavior of staff

Very poor services, multiple time reminder sending for cleaning and provide basic amenities, like towel and hygiene issue than only reception people will send.
