Absolutely no value for money. Rooms were dirty and especially the carpet. It was smelling bad and had stains everywhere. Adding to that the air conditioner machine noise was coming through the window. Toilet flush was not functioning properly. Gym equipment was faulty. Breakfast was good. Below average experience for the money we spent. Staffs are good. Very considerate

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, special mr. Amro, mrs. Yashodara & mr. Hossam, most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room ac was not working properly. Rooms are small and there is a smell in all the rooms. I called them for iron and they said irons we can give only in morning. They gave pool for kaufu pool classes so that we cannot enjoy there as well

I booked sea view room when i reached the desk they upgraded my room with city view i told them i need what i booked then they offered me the same. The front desk is very active in providing the require things quickly i appreciate the full hotel staff for their supports especially the drivers, life guards and the cleaning staff.

My family had a well enjoyed holiday and stay at bm hotel. We were there for almost a week. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff named yashodha for her expertise and hospitality

My stay in bm beach was absolutely amazing. Private beach, pool with music, foods everything was superb. Frond desk officer miramar is cool guy, very helpful

Rooms are very small, water leaking from ceiling, bathrooms washbasin and bathtub water not going inside, cleaning is also not good, other activities like swimming pool and sea side area is good.

We stay bm beach resort it’s awesome place so much things to do like pool, slides and kids area. Lovely place and friendly and helpful staff. Food was awesome and night activity’s are lovely.

I travel-led on 23rd of jun’23. We booked a sea view room and room condition was so pathetic. It was not at all clean and then i complained to the receptionist and they arranged me another room and it was also in same poor condition. Also food is below average and we all didn’t liked the food

It’s was a great experience and it’s on the budget. Love being there and the food was amazing. Would love to recommend to my friend to vsist there. The property looks bit older but the pool and beach area has a nice vibe. Thank you for the hospitality and wish you the best in future. So pols vsist altealat once and have fun.

One of best resorts with an excellent staff in every department. Would like to specially mention the food quality. The staffs are always helping. I would like to mention few special names like mr. Syed belgrami(f&b manager, ms. Chetna, mr. Noratan & rest all in the mess & restaurant department. The housekeeping staff is also very active & are ready to help all the time like mr. Sumit & ms. Devdnu are very supportive. The staff of this beach hotel makes this hotel great. Thanks to all the staff who were so helpful.
